1st Place Property manages our single family rental in Pembroke Pines. I came to them by a recommendation following a horrible experience with one of the national big names. From the beginning David and Haley have provided exceptional service going now into our 3rd year. Communications are clear and timely, execution is professional in everything they do. Their contractors, when needed, provide quality work at a competitive price. More importantly, they stay in touch with the tenants to make sure everything is ok, while identifying potential issues before they balloon out of control. I’m a realtor in South Florida and have placed tenants in properties managed by David Phelps through his company, 1st Place Property Management, LLC. Working with David when representing my tenants was a pleasure, he is courteous and professional. I have also recommended his property management services to other realtors in my office who had landlords looking to place their properties in the hands of professionals, and 1st Place was the answer. As a realtor, it is important for me to know that my tenants continue to be my clients. As the end of the lease neared, David kept me informed of my clients’ decision to renew for another year since they are happy with the home and the management services. This allows me to stay in touch with my clients and continue to assist them in the future when they’re ready to purchase their next home or find a new rental.
