Been trying to get in contact with these people for a year now, left voicemails and have been told that I would get a return call months ago.

I lived in one of their properties in Vegas. While living there for 4 years, management changed atleast 3 times. Once I moved, management changed again and they ended up writing damages that weren't true (I still have my walk out video). I informed you guys I don't mind paying whatever is actually due but to have fraudulent expenses on a invoice will not happen. Now as a single mother , I once again have to repair my credit and I cannot get another place.

I don't know why this company is so hard to get a hold of. I lived at St. Tropez, and in August, I was told we had one week to move out. We were offered to go to a sister property and have the lease transferred. When I moved in, I had a credit on my account of $422, and rent that was due on September 1st was bout $750 then, a day before October first got a call from Tonya at Cameron Apartments saying that I owed them $422 due to a glitch in their system. I even have an email from Tonya saying that I do not owe any other balance after the rent was paid, and they don't care. I have asked several times to have the property manager call me. I have all the main office and was just transferred to voicemail when I was describing my issue. Now they are refusing to take my rent for October. I don't understand how a company finds a mistake almost four weeks after taking rent from residents, and then a day before the first, you say there was a glitch, and now I owe more money. No one wants to talk to you; no one wants to address your concerns. I don't understand how anyone who owns the property would choose AMG to manage their apartments. Very unprofessional. You are going to need a lawyer if you live here. I would just stay very far away! Filing a complaint with the NV Attorney General and Real Estate Board.

These are horrible, heartless people. I rented from them for a short while and was a good tenant. Due to unforseen circumstances I was hospitalized for two months in a burn unit and had to forfeit my apartment. I was on time with my rent and a great tenant before this happened and they hit me with over 4,000 dollars in early termination fees. They destroyed my credit and my chances of even getting a place to live. I tried to reach out to them multiple times they refused to take my call or return it. My apartment wasn't damaged or anything it was all just early termination and insufficient notice as if it's my fault I was unconscious in a burn unit.
