Beware as renter or property owner...... After having my house professionally cleaned by a vendor suggested by one or Wasim's incompetent staff they are charging me for LIght bulbs, half of which I replaced the others were the originally supplied bulbs put back and for air filters which I also changed out and for undisclosed touch up painting. The house was never touched up or painted before I moved in and was clearly not professionally clean. I provided receipts of all of this and they still are keeping almost $800 of my security deposit..... And if you are a Home owners beware!!!! They don't really care about your house!!!! They had the exterior painted when I was renting and I was good enough to take pictures of the work to keep them up to date... the Property manager was not aware of the interior courtyard and the painting vendor was awful. at some point they left masking tape all over the house for a few weeks... they only came back after I complained and then the vendor just painted over the tape. I reported this action and they did not care... at one point thr manager Randi Jones asked me to call her vendor because they were not returning her calls!! The AC broke every year, every time they have a new vendor!! Midway through they changed gardeners and charged move and the service was worse!! In the move out process they sent me another clients business records for a dozen homes.... Your property and your information is not safe with these people.... I have filed a lawsuit and will win! Wasim plays like he is a nice guy but he clearly does not care and uses his client as an excuse despite this being his doing. I reviewed my lease and have lived up to all of the requirements of the move out and have not been provided pictures of "dirty air filters" and despite providing receipts for the light bulbs he is now not responding!!!!! He has portrayed the home owner as a cheapskate!!! Manager does not even know which mailbox goes to the house..... I have pictures of it all!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM FARANESH REAL ESTATE!!!! DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOME TO FARANESH REAL ESTATE!!!!! THEY DON'T CARE AND WILL RIP YOU OFF ANYWAY THEY SEE FIT!!!!!
