Very unprofessional. I tried leaving a notice for moving out and have not heard back from either text or call. I’ve called several times during business hours and no response. I’ll probably be responsible for the upcoming rent even though i’m already moved out. Thank you so much!

I have been with NH&S for a bit over a year now. We ended up having a unique situation and Nathan and staff really did step up to the plate and make sure everything was taken care of. Some people seem to forget the communication is the key to a positive outcome for both parties and NH&S did a great job. I'm sure they will continue to do well in our small town. Employee at the front desk (Trish) is very unprofessional. I waited a whole month on a application approval, that never got done and when I found another apartment, I asked if I could get my money back for the application fee since it never got processed and this place is very unprofessional so they processed the application that day so I would not get my refund. If you are in a hurry to move into an apartment I strongly recommend you try a different property management company.
