I have worked with a handful of management companies, both as a board member, as a property owner, and as a tenant. RB is hands down the best. Big enough to handle all of the building needs, but small enough to give everything personal attention. And lovely to deal with every step of the way. Matthew and his team are a dream to work with. RBPM is a diamond in the rough of notoriously terrible management companies in NYC. Matthew took a chance on us about 4 months ago in the middle of a pretty contentious situation involving the transition of Board of Directors. He handled our sticky and ambiguous situation with extreme professionalism, tact, and care. It's difficult to find managing agents who can strike a balance between running a great business and acting with empathy - he achieves both, making sure his clients are always put first and are happy. He actively brings creative ideas and proposals to the table which would benefit our building and its shareholders. We cannot thank Matthew and the RBPM team enough for how they've helped us reinstate safety and financial security in our building. I am excited to continue our work with RBPM!

Our building chose Rockbridge as our property management company last year and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are extremely responsive and their portal makes it easy for everyone to enter requests or alert them to emergencies. They hold a monthly meeting with the Board, bringing a level of financial reporting and operational transparency on all projects, small or large, we did not have in the past. And they are very proactive, both bringing solutions and alternate vendors/quotes where appropriate as well as pointing out areas that need to be addressed or areas of improvement they identify during their monthly site visits.
