First and foremost they took over Bloomington Grove & Lillian Courts apartments in November of 2024. I had trouble getting a letter from them so I could move I was very upset about that but it was all taken care of. Then I had another issue and they got on it right away and it was resolved. I give them a top TEN for that. They just came into a place that has over 275 units that the prior people left. In my opinion Quality is a good company and they are doing what needs to be done.
I would say that when you read the bad reviews you have to consider who is making the reviews.
Most of the time it's someone that's on housing are low income housing and have been breaking the rules. You have to give respect in order to get respect and you have to flow the rules and that means you can't move your man or woman in when you on housing and allow your kids to run wild and destroy rental property.

With all that being said I give Quality property management a big TEN and I am a black man.

I dont see how this company only has 2 starts, when in reality my experience with the most recent agent was nothing but stellar, I had to be honest and withdraw my application because I was not prepare (on my end) But amount of communication and kindness I experienced through Kaylee is how you want to feel when in search of a Home/Apt. She was clear honest and graceful. Please note, Just be open and honest without trying to cut corners and company will be the GO-TO for your search, No this is not a robot message...This is a real person, who is looking for a place and ultimate just had a great customer service experience. Thank you to Kaylee, I will certainly be eyeing Quality Management when everything is alignment.

It is now very scary for us to live here! We're walking on eggshells everyday not knowing if and when management may decide to give us another baseless excuse of a violation notice to get us evicted! Even before we moved in, we were lied to so many times, even when all my paperwork was in order with proof, seemingly in an attempt to discourage us from moving in, then threatened to evict my live-in-aide even when she was initially approved to move in with me, all of this we believe is because my very low rent didn't include my live-in-aide's income. When I reported this to fair housing council, I was informed that I have a valid case for discrimination lawsuit if I decided to proceed. I strongly believe that management company wants to keep me in a state of fear, intimidation, suspense, stress and anxiety, walking on eggshells everyday not knowing what to expect and they are going to do next! And whether another violation notice is coming to pike up against me! It has already affected my health, having suffered from stroke twice in the past, I honestly don't know where we will end up! They've literally put the fear of becoming homeless in us! They're perfectly aware that we cannot afford anywhere else! And therefore fear and intimidation works for them! Promised phone calls to talk to me about this from management and even property owner never came! We believe intended to keep us in a state of fear and suspense not knowing whats coming up next! We don't deserve this! May God help us!

Class action lawsuit anyone? I think we need to get one started for this unprofessional company. The turnover rate of the managers are crazy at this place. They love to say all their employees have had back ground checks and are very professional, but as soon as you bring something to their attention, they start to yell at you and make you feel like it's your fault they didn't do a good job the first time. I believe, in the complex we live in, the managers are giving out the social security numbers to some of the tenants and now we have to deal with stolen identity on top of the managers in the office accusing us of lying about employment. It's happened to myself and 7 other tenants in the property. The tenants said they never had a problem with their social security numbers before moving in here. So idk could be a coincidence but 8 tenants? And I've only been here for about 4 years

They have not replaced my carpet as promised or the air conditione.
They allow the person upstairs to cause pain and suffering to tentents.

Not only did my family have to endure living with infestation of roaches, from time to time; the bedbug dilemma, to high toxic levels of black mold throughout the units, now we are facing eviction due to the lack of unprofessionalism, unethical, and just outright unthinkable way they choose to manage and run their business. & to actually think they have no problems with punishing tenants by raising rent well above the 3% or stripping tenants of their assistance is just downright wrong on every level. Not only did they make us suffer by taking our hard earned check, paycheck after paycheck once our assistance was taken away, it seems as if they just kicked they're feet up n watched while having no sympathy nor remorse for so called residents of the communities they run. Rent literally raised over $700.00 is just unthinkable with the living conditions we've had to deal with. Not only the living conditions but the "dictator type" laws that are so unbelievable, definitely hard to even think thats a place we're supposed call home not only for us but for many low income families as well. We had left before the 30 days was up and still received an outstanding bill that literally blew my mind. Not only is the bill almost $2500.00 but its supposed to be paid in 21 freaking days! Or it will be affecting our credit in every way possible! Mind you we lived there for 2 months shy of 5years. So I would assume any n every unit will have understandable wear and tear, which ours did too but I know d*mn well "deep cleaning/trash removal" does not cost no where near $492.00, nor does "replacements/extra repairs" cost $935.00? That isn't even all of the charges either! People that live on a low budget and practically live in poverty everyday, shouldn't have to live everyday under control by corporations that are literally "taking money from poor people" ... They should really try n put themselves in others shoes before stealing from poor family's across the state. F**king sickening

Jerry (though it won’t matter who bc the turnover rate at this company is WILD) is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Not once did i receive an apology for the apartment managers mistake but instead was met with hostility and unprofessionalism on this “regional managers” part. Even though this issue dragged on for 4 months due to their mistake, and I had every right to be frustrated, the workers are still people and I’ve been kind yet firm regardless. Apparently Jerry doesn’t extend the same kindness and from the first second of meeting with her, her rude and disrespectful attitude was evident.
This company in general has shown their unprofessionalism. I have recommended their properties to so many and I will not continue to do so. The apartment manager luckily did apologize on behalf of Jerry’s attitude…but someone as old as Jerry should know better on how to handle customer service. Even if I was completely in the wrong, I did not deserve to be spoken to the way I was right off the bat. She didn’t even really give ne a chance to speak before she made up her mind about the situation and how I deserved to be spoken to. I pity those who have to work for her or know her. I hope she gets some service training in the future.
