Rice Real Estate & Property Management has been absolutely top-notch!

We have moved cross country several times with my husband's employment and have rented homes several times. Rice is the third rental agency that we have worked with in the Las Vegas valley since returning here some time ago. They have been the absolute best - BY FAR! So many rental agencies are clearly there only to serve the needs of the property owner. And while I understand the importance of maintaining that relationship, some completely miss the opportunity in seeing that their tenants are also happy. But not Rice!

Upon move in, they did a phenomenal job making sure we knew where everything was and how to operate everything in the home. They periodically send helpful reminders - to change the batteries in smoke and CO2 detectors, change the watering schedule in the irrigation system, change HVAC filters etc. - all those things that can easily slip your mind.

In addition, while we have had minimal problems in the home, they have responded to any concerns immediately and have addressed them very quickly. And each of the individuals they have sent to correct any problem have just been terrific.

Lastly, any time I have emailed with any questions, they have responded immediately - even on the weekends!

We have truly never had such a great experience with a property management company. I can genuinely and whole-heartedly recommend them if you are in the market to rent a home.
