I just want to say I really disagree with all these negative reviews. Blanca and the whole team have been an amazing help! She helped me tour and apply for my new home same day I called. We were approved and moving in the following week. Found the perfect home for my growing family and thankful for everything thus far! I unfortunately had to call for maintenance request twice now but they did not hesitate to come out and fix each of the problems all that same week! I couldn’t believe how on it they were. 100% recommend anyone looking for the new home to go through this amazing team.

They kept $1000.00 of my security deposit and said they had to repaint the home. The problem is that I was only there a year and it was new paint when I moved in. When I moved out the home was in better condition than when I moved in. I had the home and the carpet professionally cleaned and I even used their approved cleaners, they even charged me for cleaning after it was cleaned. They would not agree to a walk through and instead told me to follow their move out instructions and I would receive my deposit back but not so, they kept half of it. The fence in the back yard was falling apart and they had ordered a repair service to come out and fix it but I had already repaired it for free saving them over $300.00. I did not even receive a thank you. Be aware if you rent from them they will keep a large portion of your deposit no matter how nice you leave it.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated by Carla who showed me the property at 238 E Belmont Ave, Rialto Ca. Let's just say I was disqualified for the house due to the color of my skin 🤬. Credit nor money wasn't a problem for me ALL my documents were in tact. Professional property management is a JOKE ‼️ They need to really consider changing they company name to "UNPROFESSIONAL Property Management". Just off who they have representing their establishment shows alot about the company itself rude and bias. And being that after leaving a message to speak with a Supervisor someone over her I was unable to. Instead Carla called back "twice" to retaliate and informed me that there is no one else to speak to other than her. And that she's gonna send my application back by mail NEVER experienced nothing like this before. Every company has a chain of command if you're not self employed. This place clearly rents to who they want no professionalism at all. Good luck to whomever decides to move forward with them.

My experience with PPM has been outstanding! Excellent customer service. The staff is helpful and friendly. I am happy in my home that I have lived in now a little over a year and no problems. Anytime things need to be fixed it is done in a timely manner and I'm a happy tenant.

its sad to say but the reviews are true do not expect your deposit !!! they took 1,234 for carpet ...they will find any excuse why to rob you. they stated they needed to replace carpet due to pet urine through out the house. not true the pet that was in the 2 bedroom house we rented from them was a certified trained service dog that also had a caretaker there at all times. disappointed in a place you would expect to be more professional less scandalous money lying company.

This company is the worst experience i have to rent with. They overcharged me when i moved and kept my deposits after i did everything they asks for. I wouldn't recommend to start a life in with them just a waste of time to begin with. And especially the stupidest neighbors that they takes words which i think the owner lives next door to complains everything we do. You won't have any privacy and he comes to your house to check like its ok to. Very bad to deal with and the stupid company.

This place is an absolute joke. I have been trying for over two years to get a friend into a unit. Each time I call the place has been rented even after I have called PPM and they have stated there is no information they can give about the unit because tenants are still in the unit.

I recently seen the unit we have been looking at go up for rent again. I have called 2 - 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, asking how we can get into this unit, each time they have stated it would not be available to see or put in an application until the keys had been handed over and the unit had been inspected and cleaned. We asked if we could put in a deposit we had already seen the unit and they stated it would not be fair and would need to be made available to everyone.

I recently found out that the unit I have been calling about has been rented. I live nearby and saw the tenant and asked if they were moving out. He stated he had just moved in and that PPM allowed him to take over his friends lease (2 weeks left on the lease) and sign a new one since he had already seen the unit. Really?!?! This place only rents to who they want to, definitely not making it available or fair to everyone.

I spoke to Richard who claims to be the "owner" and he is unbelievably unprofessional. Makes sense why everyone here lies and there is no professionalism in this company. He was rude telling me I need to go and fill out an application. However, they do not allow you to fill out an application until a unit is empty and clean. A little too much contradiction going on here, if I do so say myself.

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company.

Great staff. These folks are on top of any problems we have with our HOA they also manage my commercial property.

They handle my evictions with professionalism and they even have restoration vendors that completely handle all of the items needed to rerent my units

We have used this firm for years and have had nothing but good things to say.

Keep up the good work!!!!!!
