This is a very shady company. Our new HOA board members decided to change this management company after all illegal activities they done with previous dishonest board members. They drained all our reserved money and pocketed so much money by just doing unnecessary construction work. Its so absurd that not only our HOA monthly payment was raised, they decided to get loans without knowledge of any of us and by only a single person decision so make all homeowner broke.

He's great at setting up appointments, finding outstanding vendors, and responding to correspondence. Allstate HOA has made living in my community better by an immense amount. Before we had stressed out Board Members performing a thankless job and unable to enjoy their homes. Things weren't getting done, money was going missing... not a good situation at all. Now that Allstate is managing everything for us, the Board can focus on the important things, financials are being taken care of, maintenance people are being properly managed.... the list of positives compared to our situation before Allstate's management expertise goes on and on.
