My ceiling caved in there were racoons living in the ceiling and he refused to give my deposit back because he wanted to in his own words "get me for something". I did not have the money to sue him and he knew it. Tony Ragucci is unethical and a deadbeat landlord who takes advantage of people who he knows are in desperate situations. He is no good for business and God will see him about his actions because he knows how to work the system and its a shame he gets away with it

We rented half of a duplex last year. At first everything was great. However, when we had issues with the house, the maintenance people did the least amount of work possible. We had a window fall out of the master bedroom. When we called about it, it took nearly 2 days for them to come out and to put Plywood in its spot. We were then promised that the windows would be replaced but, after a couple weeks of the plywood in the hole, the old windows were put back in and screwed down. Another issue we had with this house was that the back door didn't fit in the door hole. It was too small. When we made a request for that, nothing was done. I had to put blankets in the holes to reduce the amount of wind blowing through the house. We also had problems with the furnace, a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms, and an electrical problem downstairs. The electrical problem was the Only problem properly fixed. Probably because it could cause a fire.The final reason we do not like this company is because they do not follow the lease contract but will send the renter to court if payments are not made Exactly on time. Not only will they evict and send you to court, they will deny all maintenance requests put in my the renter(s) unless it poses a fire threat. If you are considering this property management company to help find a home to rent, I would suggest you look else where.

They are slow with repairing stuff. Or they come and half do repairs.
House was advertised as having central air. News flashed Air didn't work. I reported this in May went the whole summer with no air due to the house caught on fire in the past and air conditioning guy said he wouldn't fix it because the whole back of the house needed repair. Air didnt get fixed until Mid September. Then My Bathroom roof just caved in one morning. Man came out and put plastic over it. It took them another two months to fix it. Slum property group and they. And then they lie to your face. Was paying with money orders and they didn't even cash them they keep them and then sued me and and said I wasn't paying rent...Pay attention renting from them..

P/ my nephew, who rents an apartment from this company, the staff stated that the office never received the total payment of $1850. However, I sent photos of the USPS money orders taken @ the PO and mailed there before leaving the office. I will be investigating to where the money orders were sent and who cashed them.

Mr Anthony Rugucci is a slum lord I rented the duplex on River Ave. My kitchen sink couldn't be used my first couple of months and I was told that it was because no hot water was going down the drain yet it had been that way since I moved in. I was pregnant and lost my job for a month so when I asked him to work with me he asked if he could stop by to talk about a payment arrangement and when he got there this man who is old enough to be my parentas grandfather asked if I was willing to go out for "a good time" and whatever happens happens.. I was so disgusted and told him I do NOT do any sexual favors. I immediately called my child's father to inform him of what happened. Because we were in a bad position we just hurried and paid the rent and let it go well... Soon after that incident I kept hearing scratching in my walls , I didn't know what it was so I called maintenance they came and at first said they didn't see anything and that it was probably a squirrel well the scratching never stopped once I finally had enough of the half ass work.... and not to mention the creepy encounter. I said I wasn't paying til they came and fixed everything well nothing was ever fixed.. we had a court hearing and I was not allowed in the court room.. then it pops up on my credit that I owe this man over 5,000 no way in hell this is true and I am still trying to figure out how this happened i called the county clerk the small claims court and the couldn't find a case number for that court hearing. I then reached out to the creditor that was listed it showed a not so nice resident as the office on google I would not be surprised if they are somehow helping him to do this also if you look on my case. Gov most of his tenants are women and for some reason they say he came at me about sleeping with raised a red flag for me if any can tell me how I could deal with this situation I would truly appreciate it

T R Property Management is horrible. I informed them of leaks all the over house, mold, a busted window, and a mice infestation. They did nothing. They didn't even respond to calls, texts, or emails. SLUM LORDS that don't care about their properties or their tenants.

Mr. Ragucci is the biggest slumlord that I ever met!!! I told him him I had bedbugs and He did not give a damn !! Leave this company alone!!

Stay as far away from this company as possible. They will resort to shady, underhanded and deceptive practices with their rental properties. Once burned, shame on you. Twice burned, shame on me. Never again!
