I have lived in this Prairie Villa senior living for 2 yrs now. I also lived in Northgate Manor in McPherson it to is managed by Keys. I have had no problems with maintenance. They always have it done in a very short time. The apartments is very spaces. Patio, covered porch.
There are rules. If you don't like rules don't live here. Rules aren't hard ones. The managers at both areas do their best to accommodate your living the best.
The Manager at Prairie Villa Heather is very nice and helps in anyway possible within her ability to have a peaceful living safe experience. It's all up to you. Maybe see ya around 😉

I had an issue with Key Management not helping us out with a deposit return for my young daughter. They were in between selling this property and the new buyers transition. No one would help me out until Paul Catanese reached out to me willing to help and understand my frustration!

I was very reluctant because of the reviews but the property they had available I was in love with.so far this company has been nothing but fantastic, the application process went smoothly, the move in was great, the staff have been extremely exceptional, and to top it off all my needs have been met. Requesting maintenance has been a breeze and every issue I have had has been addressed promptly and fixed. I've lived in their property 6 months now and its been the best experience with zero complaints. Thank you keys for making my living comfortable for my family and I!!!

My complex goes through key management. We never have any maintenance. When we put orders in to fix things they just patch it up. Or they lie and say it's complete when it isn't. When we moved into our unit it all of the paint statred peeling off the baseboards within a month. Our pest control does the bare minimum & doesn't even spray in the units. We have half of a sprinkler system. We have stray cats peeing and pooping everywhere, that a lady just feeds on her porch. When I complain to the landlord he just tells me theres nothing he can do. It's up to key management who they pick for maintenance, painting, & pest control. Whoever is in charge of key management needs to be fired. We need someone who actually cares about the people living here, not someone who just wants a paycheck.

Considering had no response until 16 days later by you not return call from messages and obviously inexperienced workers just telling you what you already done contact with which ignores my calls too.

Must be common practice not to respond to phone calls and emails when you denied people!! Letter shows have 14 days of disagree but get no information how, who, where to send. How unprofessional and rude even manager at complex. Regional manager too. Shameful using government money to not do your jobs. Your the reason we have so many homeless people. I have read these and other reviews of this company (don't take care of mold telling employees to cover up) why does our government pay these people? So what how many years(they say) just says how long getting away with stealing from government thinks I am going to look into reporting. Bet they don't see these reviews I have seen hmm. Anyone here want to get involved contact me here.

How does a company go by false claims?! That they have no proof of. This is the first company I've been with that literally does not let you live how you want. This is not a place you want to live I promise you that. Won't provide the false claims won't provide all the 1430s they "sent" this is the most dirtiest rotten company I've ever had the displeasure of choosing

Lived in El Dorado Walnut River Residence for a year and half and I had a very negative experience with this apartment complex. After moving out, I was unfairly charged an additional $216 and they kept my entire $1000 deposit for supposed cleaning expenses, which is excessively high and unreasonable. Furthermore, the management frequently entered my apartment without any notice, violating my privacy and even removing furniture without my permission while I was still under lease.
Additionally, my noise complaints were consistently ignored, showing a lack of concern for tenant comfort. The overall treatment I received leads me to believe there were underlying biases, contributing to an unwelcoming and disrespectful atmosphere.
I strongly advise against renting here due to the unprofessional conduct and questionable ethics. Not recommended at all.

They just recently started managing my apartment complex an I'm not impressed they seem hell bent to run off 10 long term residents. Some have been here 15 plus years. They can't keep help, the pool is never open, don't upkeep the outside, they don't update the inside. Keep raising the rent, don't provide security so cars broke into or stolen. As a retired elderly person who moved to a apartment to downsize sadly isn't the golden years of living conditions
