Jim Nobles Management, with Richard Drago as “manager”… or whatever, is the most terrible service I have seen since I have lived at the Seville Condominium in Clearwater Fl. The previous agencies did not charge as much and kept the building in good condition. When Jim N.M. arrived they immediately doubled the HOA fee and in a year they have not been able to even change the burned out light bulbs, nor fix the floors or ceilings, terrible management! It is the worst of the worst. I give them -1.

Literally the absolute WORST company I’ve ever dealt with either in my private life or professional life. I live in a condominium they “manage” and their lack of response or customer service is unbelievable. Will not return calls. e-mail server denies incoming e-mails from residents. Two roof leaks in three years and can’t get ahold of them and when/if I do I get a response like “you know more than I do” …. “Roofers are busy” do to all the rain.
Unfortunately for me the contact rep.’s mother is the owner.
I’m potentially having to get a lawyer to consider suing them and the HOA (which ironically is myself)! Meanwhile I have mold growing on my ceiling and a terminal lung disease. They couldn’t care less!

Sheron Nobles is our supposed property manager. Multiple owners in our community have tried contacting her, we have written letters and sent pictures on the extremely poor lawn crew service. We went from a 6 man crew at $1000 per month to a 2 man crew for $1800. In writing, residents have been questioning this and want this crew replaced. She has not replied to any of our concerns.
She never replies, she does not take calls, she never walks the property.
Jim Nobles management is absolutely the worst in any customer service. You are better off blindly choosing any other property management over Nobles management.

Sheron is the most RUDE, unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in a property mgmt ofc. And the big, mean, blond hair, see you next Tuesday lady is worse! You are hired to work for the owners of these associations and you are horrible at it! No customer Svc and you are just ignorant “paper pushers”. You said so yourself Sheron. Watch out because a new property manager is in town and I will do my absolute best to make sure they run you out!

Im a Realtor, I had to deal with Karen, with Jim Nobles Management, for a Condo I was selling. She was incredibly sullen, rarely answer at the phone, not always answer at the email too and when she did she was rude and late. In the average she didnt help at hall me or the owner, continuously putting stops and needless complication where not needed. She caused extra work and unnecessary delay in the transaction. It was unpleasant working with her. I do not recommend this Property Manager at all.

I worked with Karen at Jim Nobles and she was incredibly sweet. She walked me through what I needed to do while taking over a deed that I was not expecting to be given. She was really attentive compassionate and friendly. There are other people in the office,however, that seemed a little cruel. Because of Karen being so attentive, it makes up for the unfriendly treatment I got from other staff. So far the business conducted, for the most part, has been personal.and friendly.

I wish I could give them a -0!
They lie, they steal, they cheat. They don't maintain their property, they don't allow owners to maintain their property. They're underfunded and refuse to listen when someone tries to step up. Everyone hates them. You can't run against them, they'll out vote you. Oh that's another thing: they don't show you the votes, they just tell you a motion passed when we all voted against. How did it pass? Stay away!!!!!! I left a beautiful condo because I couldn't deal with Debi Hartman and her cohorts, Sheron Nickles and Richard Drago. Someone needs to put them out of business.

Have been trying to get with Karen before we even moved in. She is always in a conference & never returns calls. Our condo ins. id $ stake because she never has returned any of their calls.
