I am so happy we decided to go solar and even happier that we chose EMS . They really made the whole process incredibly easy for us. The sales rep did a great job laying out all the options for us. All of my dealings with the Operations Manager Denise were great as well. She always kept us in the loop as to where we were in the installation process. A few times, I'd call or email her with some questions and she really took the time to answer them thoroughly. Install crew was awesome too. Thanks again to everyone at EMS for making going solar so easy!

I had been contemplating whether or not solar was for me, so I gave EMS a call. I spoke with Denise, she was kind and patient with all my questions. I decided to give it a go, and I am happy that I did! They helped me with my financing, and walked me through every step of the process so I would know what to expect the day of the installation. Everything went smoothly as planned. I would highly recommend this company. They work with integrity and have great customer service.

EMS was referred to us by my neighbor who had solar on his home for a couple months now! He loves their system and his electric bill dropped from $365 to $0 fully going solar with ems! I contacted ems after speaking with him and set up an appointment for a advisor to come out to my home Peter was very pleasant and polite he answered all my questions made sure I understand the process and what it entails. They came out an installed the system on my home it took only a couple hours. I've had the system for a 2 months an I've notice a major change on my electric bill!!😀 thank you guys for your time and patients in answering all my questions and Peter should get a raise he really did an amazing job!

I wish I could give them 10 stars! EMS Contracting Corp is a genuinely exceptional company. I had two systems installed: one for our apartment and one for our rental. I'm very satisfied with the system however am significantly happier with the services provided by them. This company is professional, knowledgeable, and service oriented. They have been easy to work with, everything occurred as they said they would, exceptionally straightforward team.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We have had an awful experience with them. We had a solar panel shatter (for some unknown reason), so we called EMS about the warranty. EMS told us they would have to have a tech come out to look at it. We were worried it might be a fire hazard, but EMS assured it would not be because of a fail-safe in the system. We asked them to get back to us with a price and a date/time. The next day we saw a man walking up our driveway. Did not knock on the door, just walked to the side of the house. My wife and I were alarmed that a strange man was on our property. We went out to see the what was going on and that’s when he told us he was with EMS. We let him know we never received a call for a time and price, and that we were waiting for that call to let them know we did not want the services of EMS (tech told us on-site that it was going to be $400 just to look at the panel). The tech got angry and hostile when we declined their services. The tech left our house and called our electric company to let them know our solar panel was sparking and that it was a fire hazard. The tech NEVER even saw the panels, so this was a BLATANT and MALICIOUS lie. The electric company told us our electric would be shut off if the panels were not inspected and the issue fixed. We called to speak to the owner of EMS and things got worse from there. He did not come out and say it, but he basically accused me of lying about his tech not knocking on the front door. I have security cameras around my house, so I sent him proof (still waiting on that apology). The owner also told me if I used another company, it would void any warranties, which was another lie.

We ended having another solar company come out to look at the panel. The owner came out and said it was not a fire hazard. He called the electric company to let them know. He also pointed out a number of issues (some of which could cause a fire) with the system from when EMS performed the installation. He also told us we paid far more than what our system is worth. This owner felt so bad for us he did not charge us any service fees.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is a horrible company. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

My name is brandi Adams busy mother of 2 and I just wanted to leave a quick review of EMS contracting about a year ago I started seeing a lot of ads about solar energy in Florida. I decided to have an energy evaluation with a few companies to see if it would benefit me I was literally tired of playing Duke 300 plus dollars a month. When the technician came to my home he was on time knowledgeable helpful and kind. One of the other companies I had an evaluation With to me was a little pushy In trying to get me to sign with their company I guess they like hard sell tactics! EMS took their time making sure I understood about the tax credit and even gave me a qoute for my roof as well. I want to have my Solar System installed by November and EMS as of right now is my clear choice.

EMS installed our panels Dec 30, 2019 and finished the wiring them the 31st. It took until February for me to get the net metering set up with FPL, my fault!! Since then we have enjoyed the minimum bill of $9.97 until this month when it was $20 and change. It costs to buy them but I am guessing mine will pay for themselves in about 10 years!!!

Tyler and Jason who did the install were great to work with. Shall I say they are great examples of model employees. Steve, the owner, is always there to answer my questions. And then there is Elizabeth, the lady in the office. Words aren’t good enough. She is GREAT. Are we happy with our decision to go solar with EMS. The answer is YES!!!!

My fiance and I really were not looking into solar bc we were always afraid of the costs but decided to do a evaluation anyways just to see since our bill from duke has been crazy since we have 5 kids and they keep the lights on a constant -__- the technician they sent was very courtesy on time did not hard sell us at all and broke down everything in detail for us and the savings were better then we thought and the company worked with our credit. Highly recommend them if you are looking into a company that is local and cares about the customer.
