Training Mate Old East Dallas is by far my favorite gym & group fitness format in Dallas! I have belonged to the gym since opening, and have never felt more welcomed or seen at a group fitness studio. Jackie (the owner) is incredible and has a knack for knowing and celebrating all of the special occasions - from milestone classes to birthdays (see pics from my 30th below). The workouts are tough but manageable and offer modification for all fitness levels. The classes also go by so quick due to the format and good vibes… but you always leave feeling refreshed! Thanks TMOED for creating such an inviting, challenging, and beautiful space!!!

CJ Basolo

The most beautiful training mate space I've been to! The vibes are high as soon as you walk into the studio with music pumping and beautiful people calling you "legend"! The workout is for everyone and can be modified for any fitness level, the instructors bring the energy and help guide you through the workout while encouraging you to push yourself. The studio itself has great lighting that makes you look GREAT and is a perfect moment for a thirst trap. This is an AMAZING location with great owners and staff all around. Be sure to visit Dallas' newest location!

Brooke Miller

Training Mate East Dallas is a place like no other. Jackie and Ryan go above and beyond and you can tell they truly put their members first. From the random fun surprise drinks after class to sweet handwritten cards, they have created such a warm and welcoming environment. All of the staff, from the front desk team to the trainers, also go above and beyond to make sure they get to know everyone on a personal level and are the best at celebrating everyone’s accomplishments. I also love that while the workouts are challenging, they are not intimidating. The exercises can be modified for any fitness level and it is a judgment free space. Try a class at Training Mate East Dallas, I promise you’ll be hooked!

Absolutely in love with the Training Mate East gym! Jackie the owner has fostered such a wonderful and inspiring atmosphere! The community there is amazingly kind and makes you feel so welcomed. Mackenzie and Carsten will crush your body and soul and make you laugh as they do it. 10/10

Training Mate East Dallas is one of my favorite places. The workout is always challenging but with the environment it’s always fun as well. I’ve never loved a workout studio as much as this one & the community is unmatched. Every single one of the instructors will motivate you, make you laugh, make you excited to show up. Oh, and they’re all really ?. 10/10 recommend and I can’t wait until I hit my next milestone. It’s always a great day to be a mate!

TM is my favorite HIIT studio and this East Dallas location is top tier.

I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a challenging sweat, cool atmosphere, and welcoming staff. The studio is also located near a variety of epic businesses, all within walking distance.

It truly is the most welcoming and supportive community that makes showing up and working out daily something to look forward to. I absolutely love Training Mate! All of the instructors make you feel super welcomed and individualized in class. The workouts are always fun and never the same - and I’ve felt stronger than I ever have before! On top of all this, the facilities are nice and clean and the instructors play great music.
