East coast has been the property management company for my condo association for over 10 years. I moved here 6 years ago and I have had nothing but positive experiences. I became the president 2 years ago and find them Very responsive, they work very hard to resolve issues the office staff are very friendly the property manager and owner are always available day and night to take care of problems or building concerns.

regular maintenance to helping come up with solutions for bigger issues.
East Coast is the only management company we would use, and we’ve been with others.

ECM&M is the new management company for a condo I was renting. The background check and the whole process should take 15 days , max 20 days. Karin , their processor did not know what she was doing and on top of that she was rude and sarcastic. She would answer a question from Thursday on Friday at 4pm at the time she would leave the office and now you lost 5 more days because of her lack of interest.
If you talk to James he will tell you he is the boss but can’t do anything, so you are 100% on Karin’s hand , lack of experience and desire to do the work. It took us 50 days to close the deal. We almost lost our perspective tenants and had to give lots of incentive for them to stay with us. Definitely not the management company I would want representing my building and I hope not to deal with them again.
