Sasha , Fara , Andreea , and Tina were very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited there office to go over a couple issues I was having at my condo. They helped me immediately and everything I needed to get done went smooth. They are located in Weston and everyone in the office has been nice and patient with me. Thank you again Troy’s and the ladies of Troy’s!!!

I have never posted a bad review but honestly, as a business owner, they never took my property as a priority knowing the amount of work it takes to find a good tenant. Jeff has been very inefficient! the application process was paid on a platinum fee for a fast expedition, and it's been 34 days and still hasn't been resolved. My tenant is living in a hotel meanwhile they are deciding what to do. Horrible experience I couldn't be more frustrated.

One star is too much for them.
The staff is very rude, especially Andrea, she has no idea about good customer service,
She has a very nasty attitude.
The worst management ever.
I went to get a new decal and she gave me the worst attitude. Not helpful at all.
The next day I had to call because my dad’s decal was deactivated and she was screaming at me over the phone, not willing to help.
TPMG should fire her, that lady it’s not professional.
Very trashy customer service.

I had an awesome interaction with this property management staff. They made sure all of my worries were taken care of regarding my property management needs. The one thing I will say is that the office is a bit small but they make it work for them. Tina was very efficient with all the paperwork needed and explained everything very clear. People who claim they are rude need to look in the mirror first. You get what you give. I appreciate what Troy’s staff does for those of us who are willing to take the time to get things done in advance. Home owners are very happy with their services! Keep up the great work 👍🏼

If I could give negative stars I would. This dump is classless. The Manager argues with the staff in front of the clients and insulted the homeowner for asking a question about the dogs in the area. No sir, we are not idiots, we are just there to confirm the bylaws of the association. Total trash people. The Manager there should lose any and all contracts with San Mateo. The staff is a reflection of the clear abuse they are suffering at the hands of the male Manager.

Very impressed by the attention to detail and genuine care this property management team stands by with each new and existing client. I have recently been approved and am moving in The Villages of San Remo and was so amazed by how well my application was handled, from submission to the approval. Sasha Clark and Fara Lessem have been so kind and professional. They guided me every step of the way, explaining the processes very simply and preventing issues by having the experience of helping people just like me going through this application previously. If they had been by my side in any of my previous rental locations, they can now guarantee I would still be there to this day. Accompanied by an outstanding accountant professional Matt Franco this team has been groomed for success. A big thank you to all those involved for the on boarding process and assisting me with a seamless transition to a new home for me and my family.

Need better organizational processes for their employees to be successful. Website makes statements that clearly aren't accurate relating to return calls and customer service levels. Very frustrating to deal with -had to provide 3, 4, sometimes 5 copies of the same document because there is no 'common sense' approach to their procedures in on-boarding new tenants. I'm sad that I lost my temper with one of their employees, not 100% her fault but when she actually printed out the copies of the documents we previously emailed, handed them to me, told me to give them to the Unit owner who would then have to give them back to her before we could get a key to the pedestrian gate into our community....that was too much idiocy.
