Update. I’m not one to typically share any type of negative feedback but its been a bit frustrating. I’ve been here for 2 years now & have had issues with my AC unit over 5 times. Since the very first issue they mentioned something needed to be replaced but it needed to be ordered & they would inform me when it arrives, this was over a year ago.. and it has yet to be replaced so naturally, there are continuous issues. The manager of maintenance (who was also very kind) had to call me and walk me through how to temporarily fix an issue until the next day because the guy who came did not want to complete the job as it was during the weekend. I tried following up multiple times via phone & email to speak to the property manager to discuss this, someone took a message and I never heard back. Unfortunately, I am unable to stop by the office during normal hours due to work. I would consider AC issues to be an emergent issue, you request through the portal, yet when I try calling the office for an update they almost never answer the phone I have to call over 5-10 times to get a response.

There are many things I still love about this community, it’s quiet. I feel safe here. When I am able to get ahold of the office staff they are very friendly, and truly try helping when they can, especially Sandy. The community is for the most part very clean & private. However, I do think improvements with maintenance as well as communication with residents should be improved and if something needs to be replaced it should be, to avoid further issues.

My husband and I moved in almost a year ago, in April 2023 and I have been waiting to leave a review just to be able to give an honest review. So far we have absolutely loved living here! Our apartment is very modern and beautiful and well maintained. The maintenance staff is the best I have ever come across. The facilities are wonderful and I haven't ever had a complaint about the gym or pools. Our neighbors are all very respectful and quiet. We feel very safe at the Harbor. Frantzy from the main office was very helpful to us and very thorough with the leasing process, we really appreciate his transparency and above and beyond service. We have never had any issues with parking. Overall, our experience so far has been 5-stars!

Katherine was truly amazing! She went above and beyond for us. She was so welcoming, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable! Katherine gave us the best tour we’ve had while looking for a new apartment. She was able to answer any and all questions thoroughly. We loved everything about our visit at The Harbor today. Not only was the entire complex beautiful but with staff like her The Harbor stands out. Katherine’s assistance made us feel like we will be a great fit in this community! Thank you again Katherine!

I can't say enough good things about Franzty! He has been incredibly considerate, kind, and understanding throughout our lease. He went above and beyond to have us accommodated, which I truly appreciate. His professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help make all the difference. We recently moved in and have nothing but good things to say. To begin with, Sandy on our initial visit took great care of us by explaining and answering all our questions. Once we became approved, Frantzy and Katherine ensured that we were given all information needed for our move in. Our apartment had a small leak upon move in and within hours the staff were there taking care of the issue where within one day of move in our floor were replaced. I can not thank the team enough for their prompt response on handling the issue for our family. Our neighbors are nice, quiet and community is super clean and well kept. Highly recommended the area 🙂
