I'm preparing to buy a house. The biggest decision in my life as a first time buyer and I was working with an agent named Jacqueline from their office, who totally disrespected the real. Estate industry by her lack of knowledge, an inability to provide adequate service to a person spending $300000 plus She was very unprofessional.
And her behavior towards me and my family it was atrocious, I would never recommend her or Gk properties because of her and my company, what's in line to offer them a million dollar plus deal.
And due to Jacquelin's bed Decisions, we're moving to another agency. I'm also reporting Jacqueline to the real estate bar.
For coda ethics violations buyer beware.

I wanted to share my experience with on my sale of our house. My real estate agent was Eleen Vasquez. She made things so easy to get our forms filled out and signed. We got a good price on the house, and she helped me on renting back the house for two months. At the same time, Eleen was also helping me find my own home to buy. I was running out of time to move, but Eleen was very patient with me. She was knowledgeable about the areas of town, where she showed me some homes to look at. I found a townhouse, and luckily she had her maintenance man come in to do a bunch of work, prior to me moving in. She answered my calls in a timely manner, anytime, to help me for any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend Eleen Vasquez to anyone to buy or sell your home.

George, Cheryl, and Yvette are making me feel unsafe and uncomfortable in my re transaction. another agent got us an amazing deal after Yvette dropped the ball, then Cheryl barged in and insisted on letting her have the opportunity to make it right. George refuses to speak to us. We are supposed to close today and feel so awful about how GK has treated us that we want to just walk away at this point. I asked Cheryl to keep me looped in on emails because I didn't trust she was making the requests we asked her to and she continues to refuse because she is electing to make these requests on the phone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. If you find yourself working with any of them, document everything. Insist to be included on everything. They will take advantage of you!
