I recently revisited Sultan Plaza, where I used to have an office several years ago, and was pleasantly surprised by the transformation the building has undergone. Situated near Singapore's Central Business District (CBD) and the vibrant Arab Street, this area is known for its bustling energy and commercial activity. However, what caught my attention this time was the remarkable improvement in the building’s overall cleanliness and maintenance.

The changes at Sultan Plaza are truly commendable. The lifts and escalators, which were previously in need of attention, are now spotless, and the walls and common areas gleam with a new sense of care. One of the most striking improvements was the state of the restrooms, which now feel like they belong in a brand-new mall rather than an older commercial building. The entire atmosphere is cleaner and more professional, creating a more inviting environment for both tenants and visitors.

What’s even more impressive is the dedication of the cleaning service provider, (Evergreen Refuse Disposal & Cleaning Services) the company appointed by Smart Property Management. Their work is clearly visible in every corner of the building, from the pristine floors to the impeccably maintained restrooms. The attention to detail is evident, and it’s clear that their efforts have played a key role in enhancing the overall experience at Sultan Plaza.

Thumbs up to Smart Property (Prescillia) for investing in its upkeep and choosing a reliable service provider (Evergreen Refuse Disposal & Cleaning Services to ensure that it remains a well-maintained and welcoming space. The transformation has made this building a standout in the area, and it’s a great example of how proper maintenance can breathe new life into a commercial property. 👍👍👍

I have visited this building (Sultan Plaza) on several occasions and have been consistently impressed with the high standard of maintenance. I would appreciate the Complex Manager Ms Precilia Wong for her dedication & performance and the team ,security team and cleaning teams are highly trained and experienced, and their dedication to their work is evident in the immaculate condition of the building. I would like to express my appreciation for their continued efforts in maintaining such a professional and welcoming environment.

My family and I recently went to Sultan Plaza. The toilets are so much clean and smell fresh since the new cleaning company Evergreen taking over. The management team also actively did their job in maintaining its operation.

My family and I love living in the Amber Gardens neighbourhood as it's conveniently located near the new Tanjong Katong MRT. It's also within walking distance to the Upper Eastcoast Rd, where there are amazing places to eat and drinks.

We particlaularly love livnng in The Esta because the Condo is well maintained. There are a number of swimming pools to cater for kids and adults, two tennis courts and a gym for those who are health conscious.

Credits to the management office for keeping the Condo in such good conditions. Also credits and recognitions should be given to Catherine in the management office for helping us to navigate our ways, by answering all our enquiries and providing us with good guidance during our settling in period.

I’m back to Japan for a hip joint operation and my tenant reported me that the water supply almost stopped yesterday but he had to fly out and will be back only on Saturday afternoon. I thought I can’t arrange a handyman on Saturday afternoon. I just called Altez management office and Maureen was very kind to arrange someone from her office to check on Saturday afternoon. She communicated with me through whatsapp messages as it would be expensive for me to call Singapore from Japan. Normally management office people would not share their mobile number.
