I recently completed a 6-week Positive Intelligence program with Liminist and found it highly valuable. The program's emphasis on daily application was particularly impactful. While it is easy to understand the importance of mindfulness, consistently integrating it into daily life can be challenging. The brief, 2-minute daily prompts and challenges made it possible to incorporate the program's teachings into my busy schedule. As a result, I have experienced noticeable improvements in my relationships with family, my ability to manage work-related stress, and my overall sense of well-being and optimism. I would highly recommend Liminist to a friend. I enjoyed taking part in the PQ course Teresa provided and had a wonderful, awakening experience. I have taken part in many self development courses but I truly felt this one was the only one with the actual tools. I loved the idea of using PQ reps to super charge through out the day and also the practical strategies to apply in the moment. It was clear post course that integrating it in to the day to day would require prioritization but I loved what I learned from the experience.Teresa did a fantastic job guiding our pod.
