First let me start by saying that Patrick Maxam (owner) and I have been doing business together for almost 10 years. He sold me my house and we've become friends since. When I had to PCS in April 2016 I called Pat to have TRM manage my property. For 6 straight years they managed my property and always kept me informed on any issues the tenants may have experienced. It wasn't until my last tenants that we had a few issues but we were able to resolve them, and Pat advised me legally on how to proceed ( was upset at how they left my house). I would recommend them to anyone.

Owning rental units long distance can only succeed with great property management. Texas Residential Management is truly a diamond in the rough. After having to let 6 other property managers go for failing to properly manage my 13 rental units, I was fortunate to find Patrick, Rey, and the team from TRM. They do all the right things, to include having the proper procedures to deal with renters who fail to pay (or are late), damages/repairs, quotes, grounds management and maintenance, etc. Just all the right answers. I would highly recommend this property management service to anyone who wants to actually receive the services they are paying for. These folks are the real deal and I can't tell you enough how satisfied I've been to entrust my significant investments in rentals to them. They run things by the book and look out for the owners as well as the tenants. I've never ever had a problem with them and I've used them since they first began. A++++++++

I would give zero stars. Save yourself the headache and do not do any type of business with this company. The staff is rude and extremely unprofessional which reflects in half of the reviews. My personal experience with this company has been horrendous. TRM basically illegally withheld my deposit although I upheld all requirements as reflected in my rental agreement.
This company does not operate as a customer centered organization. For example, it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone (who can actually assist you) during the week day and TRM does not offer any weekend office hours. Trust me, do not burden yourself by dealing with this company. If you have been swindled out of your money from this company, I recommend contacting the Attorney General Ken Paxton and filing a formal complaint.

Very attentive to their customers, understands the market, and great for both the renter and the landlord. Patrick Maxam helped us find a rental when we first moved to the area, then helped us find the house we own (and love), and then became our property manager for the same home when the Army moved us. You cannot ask for a better real estate expert than Patrick. He works hard for you no matter which hat you need him to where. Highly recommended​.

You conveniently do not recall the communication traffic on 1 MAY 2020 where you were told about the COVID-19 movement hold until 30 JUN 2020. That was was notification which you disregarded. Meanwhile (during the movement hold), this company was threatening to provide us eviction notification because the homeowner wanted to sell. They threatened my family with an even greater financial burden of an unrembursed storage, movement, and transportation expenses. They will look for every opportunity to nickel and dime servicemembers and not complete work orders. After a work orders we filed for an uninstalled filtration system, they said we had to install it. We are not plumbers and would not risk damaging the home. It's also not our job and TRM is contractually obligated to do work orders. They are supposed to correct deficiencies in the home within 7 days. They will not do that. They say if the homeowner doesn't want to do the work order, they will do complete it. When they did address one of the more elevated work orders (stove). It took them over a month to complete due to incompetence. They ordered the wrong part twice. Each error delaying the correction by one week. I have never dealt with a housing/company that did not complete my work orders or return my full deposit until this company. We have moved and rented over 8 times. Fully advise Servicemembers to stay away.

Just want to say Thank you so much Ms.Stacy and Mrs.Reynesha! TRM I must say is the best REALTOR company me and my family ever dealt with. They took really good care of us even through the whole process of the owner selling the property we were renting! Can’t wait to go back through them! They have maintenance issues fixed in a timely manner and will also let us know what vendors will be coming out! #THE BEST WE MISS YOU TRM!!!

We rented from them for 2.5 years. Very responsive and professional. We had a few hiccups along the way, as expected in life, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issues and remained friendly and professional.
I will not hesitate to rent from them again if I find myself back in Killeen.
