I bought my townhome thinking I paid an hoa for irrigation! They only irrigate the homes that are for sale! Make them nice and green, then when they sell them they are done watering! My irrigation has been on once this summer!!! What a joke! Pictures of my dead yard and a house that just sold!!

I express my thanks for the fast and capable response to a service request I recently submitted.

First, my wife and I live in the Johnston Commons neighborhood. We recognize the fence along Merle Hay and NW 70th will need replaced sometime due to age

On Sunday 3/3/2024 we arrived home, and that afternoon noticed that one post and the two adjoining fence panels had been blown over by the strong winds, with the post snaping off. I called and was able to talk with a live person that afternoon who took down the information. On Monday morning I received a call back to confirm what happened, and later that morning a repair crew arrived to look at the fence. They started prep work, and by Tuesday afternoon and put in place a new center post and re-mounted the existing panels. It makes since to re-use the existing panels, so they match the current fence and to help manage costs.

I was very impressed by the rapid response, including commutations, inspection and repairs. I don't know if the repair team is employed by HRC or contracted, but please let them know I noticed and appreciate their hard work to repair the gap in the fence so fast.

My father has had issues with his neighborhood association management not enforcing the bylaws. It's very disturbing that HRC Management collects funds to administering the HOA rules and then does not take action when asked to enforce them. Before you buy a home in a neighborhood with an HOA you should review the management company. This one is not great.

Terrible "management" of our HOA. They don't respond promptly. They don't address the issues at hand. They don't enforce any of the covenants, and don't do regular walk-thrus of the community to look for violations (saw 24 violations last night on a walk). They don't go with quality snow removal or mowers, grass gets torn up; they go with the lowest quote but they don't pass those savings onto the HOA. They don't provide enough service to charge the amount of money they charge the HOA. I cannot wait until Hubbell sells their last unit, then we can get rid of HRC Association Management and get a HOA management company that actually manages the HOA instead of just collecting fees for nothing!

I have properties in two HOA's and this past week was awful weather, however the service was A+ even in the below 0 temperatures. One of my friends in another HOA was complaining about her snow service. Thank You!

This is a follow up to my review of 2+ years ago. This winter, my 4th winter here, is the first winter in which we have had QUALITY snow removal. Thank you Hubbell for that. I wish this would have started a few years ago but I will happily accept it and appreciate it now. I hope that level of snow removal goes forward from here on out.

Our monthly dues went up by $15 dollars this year. As long as it is going to yard care/snow removal, that is fine but I hope we don't have to expect such an increase every single year. These units are still very new and years away from needing roofs, exterior maintenance, etc. and I feel that the dues already being paid should easily cover the minimal costs expended at this time, especially now that most lots are occupied.

I also know that several residents have requested having a sidewalk installed along 66th, as many of us "walk the circle" regularly and now have to choose between crossing the golf course or risking our lives walking on narrow 66th with many cars going 60+ MPH within inches of where we need to walk.
