Just to let you know that the representative Carlos O. was very helpful and persistent to make sure the equipment was working properly. He took his time to make sure I was well taken care of. I couldn't have had a better experience because he was right on time and patient with me. At the end of the call he made sure I was ok and he made sure I was more knowledgeable on the machine. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!! These people leased me a defected machine. IT brakes down at least once a week and their answer to the issue is "you need a bigger machine". The original representative (Yolanda) missed lead me into the machine she leased us. Now the new representative (Richard) wants me to get a new machine. They want me to extend my contact with them but I'm not. From now on every time the machine breaks down I will write a bad review. Gio from TGI BAIL BONDS.

I have been with Complete Office for almost a year and have been given 5 Star treatment. Every technician that has come for repairs or services has been on time, precessional plus informative on what they are doing. Then there is a followup call from the back office to make sure all has gone well. I will continue will their services and renew contract for another year.

.........Excellent.........A Word to the Wise, is Sufficient...................
When you hire a Repairman, you always wonder in your mind, if the serviceman will try to "Pad" the bill or charge you for unnecessary repairs.......Well....This serviceman Mr. Davis...was very honest and very knowledgeable about the equipment......he gave us some recommendations and showed us how to maintain the equipment properly and how to save some money..........!
The experience was 5 Stars.....Excellent Service....!
I will continue using this company for repairs and I will always request Mr. Davis....I pray that Complete Office Company will take care of their staff, and always remember that their staff is what makes the company succeed or fail,
in a world filled with competition this is critical for survival.
