Bus # 556 decided to turn in a hurry into RFTA property on highway 82 in Aspen almost causing me to crash into the side of the bus. I followed the driver to capture a photo so the public knows about it. I will give this info to police as well!!

On one hand it’s good if you don’t want to be stuck In aspen, basalt, Carbondale, glenwood traffic during winter season, on the other hand the drivers have to be the most rude workers in the valley. Stop hiring meth heads and hire people who actually can come to work without hating life. The things I’ve heard said to tourist and J1s made me wanna snap. Oh and the buses are NEVER on time. EVER

Thank you to the best team : Kevin at Aspen RFTA bus station and Edward driving the Snowmass bus. Between the 2 of them, they found my lost gloves forgotten on a bench in Apen and put them on the next bus to Snowmass just in time for me to meet the bus driver who handed over my gloves the day before I flew back to London. If that's not top level customer service and Kindness, I don't know what is. THANK YOU Kevin and Edward!!!

Some drivers are good and some horrible. Used to be 90% good 4 years ago. Local bus left Aspen 515 PM 10.3.23 and this “lady” should be fired immediately. Some guys from Asia asked in very broken English “does this bus go to brush creek.” “Don’t you see this a local bus?!?!!” Obviously they’re here from out of town and didn’t know. Another lady asked “does this bus stop at AABC?” A short and sassy “don’t you see this a local bus” with attitude was the answer. RFTA I know it’s hard to find employees and you’re having to dig deep but damn if anywhere can offer more money and can’t attract better candidates then we’re all doomed.

I’ve seen bus 436 3x in the past week driving 20 over the speed limit just to cut other motorists off. Only to then slow back down to the speed limit. Causing the drivers the bus just overtook to then have to pass bus 436 to maintain their speed. This kind of aggressive driving needs to be addressed. The rfta is an integral part of the valley. You have a responsibility to provide the community with the highest standards of safety. Please, do better!
