Pathetic services...the take booking for all the locations in delhi and gurgaon from lucknow.Thereafter Driver with captain run away after parking bus in ghazipur parking in morning 5:00AM today on date 28.09.2024.Nobody took any responsibility.Total unprofessional behaviour.
I will never go by Intercity in my life.
Very Poor and extremely nonsense working culture.

Very comfortable place, all staff are very supportive. There is space for Around 90 to 100 poeple, full AC hall.

What are the services provided by you people? You don't take responsibility of all your passengers, you people just run away without making sure that all your passengers are seated or not. The closing time of the lounge is 11:55p.m. but you people closed it earlier, why so? How will a passenger go to his designated place, even after comfirm tickets? Very bad facilities are provided by you people. You people just run away and do not even return a penny. Faced this situation twice, never ever going to book a ticket from you app. How will a person be able to manage for a different bus, at night? Don't you people should make a mobile number that will help all your customers. Very bad experience.

This was my first experience with IntrCity smart bus.
CONS
1 - The only issue I saw was there were few mosquitoes inside my cabin and the glass shutter inside my cabin was not cleaned.
2 - The bus conductor didn’t keep all the luggage in the trunk, asked few passengers to keep it below the seats, which is not a good practice.

PROS
I booked my bus via Paytm it was easy.
I travelled from Delhi to Lucknow.
The bus was almost on time just 5-10 mins late.
The bus was clean from outside and inside.
They provided 1 pillow, 1 blanket and 1 bottle of 500ml water.
It reached its destination on time.
AC was working properly no issues in that.
They just had 1 stop at a luxury dhaba, which was a really good experience.
Overall my experience was good, just the mosquito issue I had else. Everything was good.

Improper management.
Over crowded lounge, only one Washroom available at the lounge (for both male and female.
Mostly buses come late.
And Bus staff asked us to board the bus in running conditions due to poor traffic management which were very unsafe.
