Leigh Ann is the consummate professional. She took a worried, frantic, and emotionally beaten person, gave me encouragement and guidance, and produced a polished product that received two job opportunities before it was all said and done. I appreciate the emotional and professional guidance that she provided. She was tough when she needed to be, compassionate when that was required, and all the while steered me to what I had to accomplish. Without her input, I think I'd still be looking for a job. Her input in resume revision, interview prep, and strategy was exactly what I needed to navigate this difficult time. She didn't cut me any slack, but I appreciated that about her. As long as I was willing to do the work, she was more than willing to help. While I never wish anybody to need outplacement, if that happens to you, don't walk, but run to engage Leigh Ann's services. The sooner, the better!

Amy was really amazing. She made the sessions so fun to be a part of. I have gained so much the last few months doing these trainings and the live sessions have been such a highlight of my week. I've already suggested to our senior leadership they offer these courses to additional managers within our company. (And suggest they use Amy because she was truly the best!)

I met Teri DePuy one time before I was blessed with a job. My gut instinct is that she is AWESOME and I would reach out to her if I ever needed assistance again. She spoke from a position of "been there, done that", and definitely made me feel that this was the beginning of something wonderful, and not the end of the world. She was very personable, kind, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic! I actually wished that i worked for her!! My experience with Teri was excellent and I know she would have lead to me victory had I not been immediately blessed with a great job before we barely got started. 🙂
