My condo got flooded and Cyndie helped me to find contractors to fix it and deal with condo's management issues. Also, she helped me to sell it in reasonable time frame and acceptable price range.
If somebody wants to sell a condo at Mosaic, I will definitely recommend Cyndie and Peek Realty for representation.

Please be prepared to meet building engineers and staff who are xenophobic and rude . My every interaction with Leticia has been horrible like some of the reviewers have mentioned . Also the building engineer Leo made racists comments. There was nothing that I could do as the management needed a proof . They always put you in a hostile situation and not very understanding. The employees who work there are xenophobic and rude coz they know they can behave like this when they work for Peak Properties. I bet the staff are not going to be this rude and disrespectful if they had strict standards and cared about maintaining their quality . I highly recommend not taking apartments that are managed by peak properties .
