READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY. First off ZERO customer service, no responses for Molly the property manager, she is known for lack of motivation and helpfulness. I asked 5 times for a call back, and not one call was returned. I finally had to drive there and handle it in person. Once I arrived, it looked like a kid sleep over the way they dressed in this place, no professionalism. Is this the type of place you want to handle your money, a place where no one calls you back and dresses in pajamas. Read other reviews about this place they are dead on true. After the horrible experience I asked for the owner or manager to call and ONCE AGAIN NOTHING! If it was my Hoa I would find another property management company.

Our HOA hired this property management company last year and for the first few months had been operating smoothly. However since switching to a new service/portal to process payments of monthly assessments, it's been a disaster. The interface itself is fine, but something must not be set up correctly on the back end because for multiple unit owners payments have not gone through, whether they are one-time payments or reoccurring payments. Left multiple voicemails and rarely return calls, email responses are inconsistent as well. Just a terrible way to communicate with customers

After interviewing with multiple local PM's in the Tinley Park Area, we decided to go with Cardinal at the beginning of this year. They definitely had their work cut out with our 36 person association and they worked very hard over the last year. Multiple projects that were not previously completed by our former management company, they tackled with no sweat! They have been responsive to our emails and always follow back up. 5 Stars

Don’t deserve anything they know how to fine your account no details on my account. Also have called for a 1 week and half left voicemails and messages. When I call they say she’s in and transfer me no answer. Have gotten no contact and no one can tell me what the details are to my fines that I made a case before switching over about holiday lights in the month of a Muslim holiday which is on the calendar called Eid. I am allowed 30days before and after and they were off the last day I was allowed to. If this is t handled by them I have documentation of everything and will go to court. By the way no you cant see in detail what fine has been charged it said it was transferred and it was already supposed to be off the account from the last managment team so i call to talk to someone they see the fine but cant tell me what it is. I then ask for the property manager to go over it they say Molly is the one to talk to ive been calling since last week leaving messages after they say she is there. You guys again know how to hand out and collect but cant give a simple call back when asked numerous times. My name is Ahmad Samra lets see how long this takes. you guys are quick to answer complaints. when i get answer i can remove this

My condo board hired this company which is thee worst of thee worst. Obviously they didn't read their reviews. Everyone has said the same thing which I've been experiencing. No replies on emails , you call and never speak to a human. Always voice mail, and then you never hear from them. There's so many awful complaints. I sorry to say that a portion of my monthly dues pays these idiots and useless company.

On the evening of August 12th 2020 at 11:00 p.m. water started pouring out of my master bath fan.. coming from the roof I would assume. Phoned the management company the next day didn't hear anything had to call again and again...finally spoke with someone by the name of Brittany. Who supposedly is the one who is appointed manage my HOA.she attempted to figure out where the water was coming from with the help of the neighbor above me. The water did not come from the unit above. It came from the roof. Today is September 10th about a month. I have not heard one word from the management company. I text Brittany, emailed, left messages on her office phone. I also went on their website and put in a work maintenance order...still no reply from anyone!!!! I'd just like an answer on the status of when the ceiling in my master bath will be repaired. A simple 2-minute call to let me know what the status of the ceiling is should be effortless since they are the management company. I'm still waiting. I read a few of the other reviews that stated that the management company just to accept our HOA monthly payments. I'm starting to believe that. How does a professional company not call someone back in a whole month. Very unprofessional,You call the office and some man answers the phone who is rude as hell...... I called again today and left a message on Britney's office phone, I informed her that the elevator on the main floor wasn't working and I also would like to know the status of my master bath ceiling. Her voicemail stated that she would call you back by the end of day. Well They close at 5:00 Guess I'm not hearing back from them again.Anybody have any suggestions on how to deal with the management company that doesn't work well with the unit owners?

I am fortunate to have Donna for my go to person. I am a victim of condo building electrical fire...all I can say Donna from the beginning has been attentive and answered all my emails and calls right away. Cardinal has been on top of everything. Gutting the whole 18 units takes time. They are making sure it's all up to code. Thank you Donna and Richard for doing everything u can.

Be aware. Stay away from this company. They have no interest in your association. It's all about $$ to them., They never call back or even pick up their phones. They will never reply to emails. They charger fees when you need a document as well as when you sell your unit or buy $300.00 proccing fee. They add chargers to the closing lawyers. PLEASE RUN . Do your homework
