I first want to say that Jacob is awesome every time I speak with him he is super responsive In getting back to me. I am not sure how anyone can leave a bad review for a company that goes above and beyond for its tenants. Pro FL Management offers rent that is typically more affordable than a lot of the rentals around in the area. If you have a maintenance request they take care of it almost immediately. I have rented for over two years with them at two separate properties and it’s been the same great experience. As long as you pay your rent on time(easy and convenient through the portal) and don’t cause any problems at the property(pretty standard while renting) they leave you alone and give you privacy. I would take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Sometimes people have unreal expectations or are disgruntled about something that is out of the property managements control. I think mutual respect goes a long ways in a landlord/tenant relationship and the company does just that. If you’re looking for an honest transparent company rent with Pro FL Management. This is my own honest review and I was not compensated in any way for this review.

We read a few reviews before renting with PRO FL Management and we were a little nervous as not every review we saw was great but I am SO HAPPY we went ahead and rented from them anyways. Our experience has been great so far. Everything is very straightforward, simple and everything is in writing!! READ and I promise you won’t have any issues. You get exactly what you sign up for. Thank you to Michael, Joseph?, and Brandy for helping this process be quick and easy. We will continue to rent from them and recommend them to friends and family as well.

I had the opportunity to live in this management company’s Parkside Apartments in South Daytona, Florida. Without a doubt this was the best experience I have had in my adult life. Maintenance requests, are prompt, and if there will be any unanticipated delay (awaiting parts) you are notified immediately. All of this managed by Dawn! Undoubtedly the most professional and “on top of it” manager I have ever had the opportunity to work with. So especially to Dawn, Thank You Very Much!!

I don’t know how they have a single positive review for this company, the only thing I can think is that these are bots! I have rented from about 6-7 different companies in my life and have never had a worse experience than this. They will not answer the phone so If you need to contact someone directly GOOD LUCK. They put us in a house that had issues when we moved in and never made an attempt to fix any of it, we ended up just fixing it ourselves. Some of the appliances didn’t work when we got there and needed to be replaced, the refrigerator was disgusting upon moving in so we had to clean it out as soon as we moved in. The home was dirty in general like no one had ever deep cleaned it there was crud crammed under the stove and fridge. But as anyone attempting to rent in Florida knows it’s hard to find anywhere to live right now that isn’t insanely priced, so we had no choice and we rented the place against our better judgment. Fast forward 7 months we needed to move out and found out that you have to put in a 60 day notice before leaving. They charge you $130 move out fee? And then waited a month after we had already left before deciding to do a walkthrough even though they knew we had left a month prior.

I could go in for a while but I’ll end it with this, stay away from this company! Do not listen to these other reviews they’re fake!

Pro FL manages my investment home for me since I live out of state. They do a great job maintaining the property and making sure there are no issues with tenants. They haven't needed to call me once since I have owned the home. So far this has been a turn key investment and a very smooth process. I would strongly recommend them to others looking for a management company in Orlando and the Central Florida area.

My family moved out to Florida from New York. It was a pretty easy transition once we secured our rental with PROFL Management. We didn't really have any issues but whenever there was a maintenance problem, they responded right away. They even hired subcontractors when their maintenance staff was on vacation to fix my leaky faucet. They are very responsible and responsive and I would definitely recommend them.

They were always available if I had any questions and were super friendly. They fixed any repair issues that came up. I would rent from them again If I moved back to Florida. I can say that my time being a tenant with this property management company was a overall good experience. I found the rental a few years back on Zillow and applied online and was approved within 48 hours. It was easy to deal with these guys because everything is online, from the the rental application process to rent payments and work order request thru there website portal. I ended up getting a job transfer out of state and recently moved out but I had no issues with them at all. Thank you for the professional property management while I was a tenant.
