Terrible experience so far.

Our unit was shown to us, but obviously was not tested or inspected well. We have been paying 1700 a month for broken/ready to break “amenities”. When filling out the maintenance requests through this website, there are no places to submit videos depicting our problems. I can’t take a pic of our ac sounding like it’s going to explode, or how hot our old oven made the kitchen. When I reach out my agent, it’s like pulling teeth to get her to respond. She’s told me that problems “are going to be fixed THIS WEEK” and in reality I have to call back or reach out weeks later and ask why nothing has been done. It’s been like this since July, and it’s only October. I’ve even had to call the main company line to get her to respond to my concerns after multiple days of no response. I have even asked for a letter to be sent to the landlord about putting a fresh coat of white paint up, and haven’t received any response from the landlord. My agent said “well it’s probably a no because they haven’t responded”. Wtf? I mean even today I was supposed to have a maintenance guy show up at 11:15 am. It’s now 2:48 pm and I’ve asked my agent when I can expect him ( as I have shit I have to do today and can’t sit around all day waiting on someone). Guess what? No response. Unhelpful and straight up pathetic.

I get that this agency only can do so much, but they should not be representing a client that doesn’t care for their space. Or their tenants.

UPDATE: it’s now 7:43 pm. Our agent still hasn’t responded, but finally got a call (45 min ago) from the people who are going to be doing the very needed maintenance. Wild that there has been 0 communication from our agent since 1pm.

My experience with MF Cashflow was frustrating and disappointing. I was in the process of purchasing two properties from a seller for whom MF Cashflow was managing. Throughout the transaction, the property management company was unresponsive to both me and the seller. We repeatedly requested basic information like rent rolls and leases, yet it took nearly four weeks to get a response even though we emailed them everyday. Delayed our closing by many weeks.

When we finally received tenant contact information, we learned from the tenants that MF Cashflow had approached one tenant, who was on a month-to-month lease, to move to another property they manage after the sale. This behavior raised serious concerns about their ethics and professionalism.

Communication was extremely poor — they were unreachable by phone or email and only responded when it seemed to serve their interests. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience.

Response : It's funny how you responded to a review in 24hours, as you couldn't respond to emails for almost 4 weeks. We sent out an email to request information on tenants every day 2 times a day for 4 weeks. Your priorities are elsewhere, your rep Kevin Y was straight up ignoring SMS, and poaching tenants. President Mike's response to my complaint was " It is what it is"

Overall Pest Control has been working with M Property Group for many years and they have been super professional with me from the beginning to the present time. Annette and Kevin have helped me with everything and anything I have needed and the big boss Mike has always been cool with me. They get it done. Yeah I realize that there will always be haters and complainers and you truly can't please everyone. These days it's easy to trash people on social media and make up nonsense. It only takes a moment to do. It also only takes a moment to praise people on good business relationships and great communication. Annette and I have worked together the longest and will continue to do so as I enjoy working with people I truly trust and get along with. Kevin is my guy and quick communication is what it's all about. Big Mike writes the checks so he can do no wrong in my book ?

This company does not care about tenants it care more about your money . I had 15 floods in a house I rent from this company that a lot came up to my waist I stand at 5”5 . The city line flood into the basement.Myself and my children got sick , there was black mold . Account manager Kevin Yarbough /Carter I am trying to get my security deposit back , and Kevin Yarbough/Carter blocked my phone number . I have reached out to the company a few times and I have not received an answer.I really don’t understand why everyone in this company lies to tenants.Mike Fisher does not answer phone calls and Marisa Rohrer tells you lies and ask you to remove your google review . They change their name of the company to many times , lie and say they informed their tenant, but they don’t . They do fraudulent business.Do not rent from this company if you want your family safe in a habitual home . Account manger Kevin Yarbough lies and say he has an assistant Mr Carter and Kevin is his own assistant. It is sicken how this company does business and treat people.Kevin Yarbough/Carter is a slum landlord .
