This management company is a SCAM TO GET YOUR MONEY. Once you sign your stuck for the length of your lease.

This is the WORST company I've ever rented from. The NEGATIVE REVIEWS are true. I made the mistake of not believing them, I was soooo wrong. I have reported them to the BBB and I'm doing everything in my power and platforms to let everyone know how AWFUL this company is and how it's about take your money and don't fix stuff.

As you will read other NEGATIVE reviews there will be similarities BELIEVE THEM, without HESITATION or you'll be sorry. There NEGATIVE for a reason.

I was renting for just one year and after the lease was up I had to go. Whether I had somewhere to go or not, I wasn't signed another lease with them. Just as a NOTE make sure you document

Like I did upon moving out. The only reason I didn't, moving in is, because I thought they were respectful enough to fix the stuff that was left undone. I WANT MAKE SURE NO ONE HAS TO EXPERIENCE THIS EVER AGAIN. If they thought they could do this to me and get away with it, THEY GOT THE WRONG ONE. I DON'T GO AWAY, I MULTIPLY.

Upon moving in there was work that wasn't completed. I put in maintenance requests after request with no response to complete. I lived in that home WITH NO SCREENS IN ANY OF THE WINDOWS FOR A WHOLE YEAR. Raising the electric bill, because the Air and Heat had to be running most of the time. Also, there was no FRESH AIR. What was I supposed to do open the windows anyway and let the FLIES AND OTHER INSECTS IN TO DEVOUR US JUST FOR SOME FRESH AIR? BESIDES THERE NOT HELPING PAY THE RENT, SO IM NOT LIVING WITH THEM.

The backdoor had a big plastic window, that needed to be replaced and fell out and hit my 8 year old granddaughter in the Head causing a Big Hicky on her head (have the pictures to show) DOCUMENT, DOCUMENT I can't stress that enough.

The front screen door you had to use a brick to hold the door open, if you had to bring multiple things in and out.

Also the SUMP PUMP broke it 3 weeks to get fixed. And the only reason they fixed it is, because I was going to put their rent in RENT ESCROW, that's where you can go to the courthouse and file a complaint when the LANDLORD won't fix stuff.

Also, every month I paid my rent before the first and I was charged late fees.

I had to call every month to get those reversed, every month. They said, it was a problem with their billing system. Yeah right, they were just trying to catch people slipping. Their billing statements are so confusing, it doesn't make sense. This is not normal and it's 2024 for the technology has advanced to make billing easier. Their on some BS for real.

I contacted maintenance with all the issues that I had (have that documented also), they told me

And if that's the case then it needs to be a clause in there that says, if the owner doesn't respond in a certain timeframe, then they'll have to reimburse the management company for the cost. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to come up with that one.

Upon moving out, I took a video of the cleanliness of the unit, paid the rent for the month and still left the 17th of the month, before the lease ended at the end of the month. Because of the distrust of this company. And they CHARGED ME $2000.00 FOR A GARAGE DOOR THAT WAS BROKEN WHEN WE MOVED IN. WHO CHARGES $2000.00 FOR A GARAGE DOOR!!!

So, my deposit was eaten up what was left and they said I owe them $847.00 for the garage door.
And put it on my credit report, without even contacting me about anything regarding the move out. I contacted them, because they put that on my credit report.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had in my entire life, renting with these people. They take money off the application for your 5 star review. Little did I know I would be getting a 0 star experience. When I moved in, washer and dryer were improperly hooked up and flooded my entire house. Wasn’t fixed for weeks. Kitchen sink was clogged and wouldn’t drain for a good month or more of living there. They said they’d discount my rent because of this and didn’t. I have rodents running around my house. They never fixed this issue. I had to take it upon myself to get traps and caught 6 so far. Bathroom floor leaks water through floor boards. All my floors are lifted because of all the water damage. This issue has yet to be fixed. New owners bought our property and used this management again and I couldn’t be more upset. They do nothing to help for so long and are rude as ever. Was never contacted by the new owners nor NEO about the changes. Tried paying my November rent through NEO portal and it said my account has closed. Contacted the new owners realtor to get any info I could because no one would reach out to me and now I have to pay 2x rent by December 1st because of THEIR lack of communication and the simple fact that they closed my account! Worst experience in entire my life. I’ve never been so upset.

So I finally moved in
We are full swing in Winter right now. Supposed to get hammered with snow this weekend. And my baseboard heaters are short cycling. Short Cycling is practically like an engine turning over but never staying on. My electric bill for December due to this was 340. The low for the majority of next week is in the SINGLE DIGITS, I've created a maintenance request last week, heard nothing. I've contacted the MAIN OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES and have been out on hold for Tabitha, the head of maintenance each time, and she's either not in, or on a call with someone else. If my pipes burst next week I WILL MAKE SURE I AM NOT AT FAULT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HARD WORKING TENANTS!

Do yourself a favor and find another company to manage your property. The staff is unresponsive, does not follow up, and is too over committed to care about you.

My tenant moved out and no follow up, no calls, no next steps. Just radio silence. I tried calling several times over 2 weeks and couldn't get through. One week they were all in Florida for a meeting and the next week they were "in owner's meetings".

I requested the keys to my property be sent to me and still haven't seen them (it's been 2 weeks). I had to take a few hours out of my day to call them back to back until I could get through.

Come to find out the keys were returned to sender and can't answer why. I can't get into my property because they have both sets of keys and haven't communicated where the keys are.

Worst property management company you can rent from. The only good reviews they have are because they offered incentives for them. They were supposed to fix several things and clean prior to move in, none of which were done. The day of my move in, we were supposed to receive a code to get into the property by 9AM that morning and didn’t then couldn’t get ahold of anyone. We had to push our move to the following day since we didn’t get keys until that evening after calling the emergency on call line 20+ times. They are hard to get ahold of, slow to fix anything if at all. They will charge you extra fees when they do absolutely nothing.

My family and I are super excited to move into our new single family with 3 brs a backyard and unfinished basement for an affordable price! The good reviews are bought. They offered a discount on the application fee for a five star review. This was the worst property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. I had to threaten to withhold rent to get things fixed. They promised to put a coat of paint on before we moved in and they did not. Very glad to no longer be renting.

All the 5 Star ratings for this company have been bought. They offer $25 off per applicant if they leave a 5 Star review. The agents for this company are incredibly unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of. I went to see a house months ago, and have been attempting to follow up and ask questions about the property and the lease before applying. I had to repeatedly call, email, and contact them through Zillow in order to even get a response. Even after our applications were approved, they took days to send the "Lease Binding" agreement and once they did send it (after we called them multiple times in one day asking them to send it) they got back to us while we're in the middle of filling it out in order to tell us that somebody else paid up before us. They have a horrible Better Business Bureau rating and now I can absolutely understand why. I would not recommend pursuing any of their listings, unless you have months to spare and plenty of time to waste.
