I'm hoping this gets to the Kennesaw corporate office. Eleven years ago I moved to the Emerald Pointe property in Dublin ,Georgia. When I moved in the grounds were emaculate. We had a manager named April Crooms. April did an outstanding job with the grounds. But she worked for a very jealous district manager and she was constantly badgering April. April could do everything under the sun and still not please her. This later resulted in April's resignation being given. Well then we went down hill we got several people for manager but none of them would stay. Then finally by the grace of God we got Debbie Ashley and her husband Jim. They were the best. They kept the grounds spotless and enforced some rules and they even came up with parties at the office that the elderly that never got out could attend. I work slot and can't go but those elderly people made it a point to participate in every event they had.Im so glad they got something the elderly
And shut instead could appreciate. Then guess what happened next. They never could get any full cooperation and enough money to do anything with do they packed up and left immediately. If I were you owners I would get down on my knee's and beg them to come back immediately. They were three best thing that ever happened to Emerald Pointe. These people genuinely cared about the grounds and all the residents. They are what we really needed. But instead of trying to keep them you just turned them loose to leave and did nothing.if I had an apartment complex that size. I would wanta manager that would care for the complex.you people need to do whatever is necessary to get these two people back here and save our community.i urge you to take notice of this review and do all you can to get them back. They knew what they were doing which is more than I can say about the rest of them. Stop what you are doing and give this some serious thought. Sincerely Susan Sterling Emerald Pointe resident..

The Worst Apartment Complex Owners ever !! They boot your car when you stay in the apartments but won’t clean up , Trash is everywhere , people keep breaking in my car , shootings , they don’t fix work orders until a year later , the management is rude especially the property manager . This management company has a senior living facility in Locust Grove, Ga. that is rat infested. This used to be a great senior living facility before new management. There are rats living in the walls, some have even came through the ceilings. Some residents sleep in the hallway outta far of the rats coming through the walls at night. It smells like rat feces downstairs. Please do not move into any of their properties. If they won’t take care of seniors, how do you think they will treat anyone?

Seems no one within this company can answer the phone, I cannot get ahold of there local property they manage, as I’ve called 11 times and no answer. I’ve called the “regional” this place and no one is available here either? Sounds like a poorly ran company

They hired a person that was locked up for fraud to run the apartment complex and she is very rude
