Simply put, this is the worst property management company I have dealt with, and Sana was a terrible property manager to work with as HOA Board president.

We previously had Jordan Vincens (another property manager from TMEI) and weren't pleased with his management either. We thought things would get better when Sana was assigned to our building but they got far worse. Sana has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Her work product is equally bad with her ignoring or dropping the ball on the majority of her assigned tasks. Things are always being ignored or slipping through the cracks or just plainly being misrepresented. When I read the other reviews about TMEI and Sana I couldn't agree more. What's amazing is that she will never admit fault and will act like she's doing you a favor anytime she actually completes a task (which is usually not in time and done sloppily). She is clearly spread too thin with the properties she manages in order to effectively manage anything.

The accounting dept also has its fair share of issues with constant accounting errors each month. We had to be highly vigilant when reviewing each month's financials to catch all their errors (and those were the ones we were able to catch).

The president of the company, John Koerner, is either oblivious to how poorly the properties under his management are being managed, or is aware and tolerates it because it seems to me their company culture prioritizes quantity over quality.

I would stay far away from this sloppy and unprofessional organization. Horrible value, horrible experience, and not worth it in any shape or form.

Had the pleasure of renting an apartment from The Management Emporium for a little more than a year and have had nothing but positive experiences. My property manager, Ariana M., was a wonderful manager. I couldn’t ask for more. She was always sweet and attentive—anything I needed, any questions I had (and I had a lot!), she was there to help. I never had any issues with maintenance on the apartment, they gave it to me very clean and well kept. NEVER any issues with pests, mold, smell, or even noise with the pipes—everything was clean and quiet. The washing machines they kept on the property always worked well and were very cheap. I had to move again due to work and was so sad to leave; I wish I could take Ariana with me to manage my new property! They got my security deposit check back to me ASAP, and they were always in communication with me about the status and transparent with me on any charges. Most importantly, they’re HONEST and stick to their word, which is something you need in a property manager and unfortunately not all places have! But TME does. I would hands down rent from The Management Emporium again.

From the moment I contacted this company I was really impressed. Sana has been extremely professional. As soon as I handed her the keys to my rental it felt like a big weight was taken off my shoulders. I really recommend her to anyone considering hiring a professional property manager! She even answers on Sundays! I’m so happy I chose The Management Emporium! John, president of the company has over 35 years of property management experience! They are truly a one stop shop and I can tell that they are committed to the. Highest level of service to both the tenant and landlord.

Horrible management company! It is obvious they are posting their own 5 star reviews. Sana is the most unprofessional and incompetent human being you could ever deal with. My husband and I own the unit where my mother resides. For months I have tried unsuccessfully to get Sana to address the severe plumbing issues in our unit. Two months ago, instead of sending a plumber to fix the issue, Sana went to her boss, John Koerner. John Koerner sent me an email titled “DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.” In the email he forbid me from ever contacting the management company again. He stated in the email that I could only communicate with them through an attorney. The building is falling apart and nothing ever gets accomplished. Stay away from these people!

The worst management company anyone can work with. Specially Sana who is one of the property managers and lacks serious professionalism. This company only steals money and does not provide services. The bare minimum lift is all they take with many many accounting issues.
Sana should not be considered a professional, she is rude, disrespectful and does not know how to do the job she has been given.
Many of our community members are very unhappy with the level of services provided. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and care is consistent factor across all staff at this company.
If I could I would give them a negative star because 0 would not be enough.

My review is specifically for Sana Issa she has truly been a dream to work with! She is extremely easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and on top of every single maintenance request I make within a few hours. We have had a lot of maintenance and repair issues this year and she has been SO helpful, honest and patient in helping me navigate everything. She makes my life as HOA president so much easier.
