Empire Property Management Solutions has been great with my properties and their rates are super reasonable. They conducted an assessment first of each of my properties to inform me of what maintenance repairs was needed now and created a preventative maintenance plan in the future. Francine who is one of the owners was fantastic with making sure my properties were free from violations and thoroughly went over how to keep my properties free from fines. I was worried about violations in Chicago as one of my friends purchased a property from an out of state investment group and was scammed. My previous management company was rude and did ABSOLUTELY nothing. The tenants really are pleased with Empire as they respond quickly to their needs. What really made me like this management team is their personalized approach when dealing with investors. Not every investor's needs are the same. I look forward to growing my portfolio with Empire!

Vendors beware! Empire has had an outstanding invoice with our small company since December 2019. They keep promising to pay but we never receive a check. If you plan to do business with them, don't make the same mistake I made and trust that you'll get paid. Make sure and get a credit card upfront.

This Management is very ghetto, I would not recommend this Management company to anyone, beware. They never fix anything, return calls, lies or except fault, Yes I'm referring to you Ms. Ford.

My place was supposed to be move in ready but of course it wasn't, you claimed you will have the room worked on and other things while I was living there, four months have pass and the room is leaking water and can't be used, nothing has been worked on (stair case, porch etc.) and you won't answer my calls. I guess that is how ghetto people handle things.

This is a great company. I’ve seen serval of their properties. I love that fact that their properties are newly remodeled. The agent I was in communication with was so pleasant and helpful. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She came out after hours for me because I have a crazy work schedule. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for an apartment. Great company. Great employees.

I recently contacted this company in an attempt to look at some of their homes. I ended up going into their office where I met with their leasing coordinator. She took me out and looked at several different homes with me (every last one was beautiful by the way). Their staff is the best I’ve encountered during my rough transition in looking for a new place to stay. And I mean it’s been rough. If my wife loves them they MUST be the best. Thank you Empire! I’m looking forward to signing a lease with you all!!!

I had a appointment to view one of their listed homes on Friday. The Agent stated she does curtesy calls one hour prior to scheduled time to ensure I was coming. As the time came closer to my scheduled appointment I called the office to make sure the agent was still coming and the office staff said yes but she is running a little late. No biggie, life happens. So I get there and wait 45 min and she never showed. In this time I called the office several times and at first they said she should have been there. The other times I was told her phone was going straight to voicemail but they recommended I wait just a little bit longer. I waited and waited. I called the office to let them know we had to go and I would call on Monday. I called Monday and spoke personally with the agent and she apologized and reassured she could show the unit that evening between 5:30-6p. Sounded great right?! Well what do you know....she didn’t show up yet AGAIN!!! I called the office and they spoke with her and she told them to tell me she would call right away. She never did and They wouldn’t give me her number. My husband and I waited about 10 min for her call. We called the office back and they told me all they could do was send her a text message. Now it’s Tuesday and she has yet to reach out. To make matters worse we live 45min away. A waste of trip both times. I called today to speak with a manager and I was told none were available and I could leave a message. I explained if know one reach out to me about this I would make a review based on my experience. So here we are. Not sure if the company overall is terrible or just some of the staff. What I do know is they had no regard to our time.

If I could rate them 0/5 stars, I would. Unresponsive for weeks, our building is falling apart (roof issues, ceiling/wall issues), and they are not paying vendors (we got a water shut off notice due to them not paying the Village).
Stay away!
