This is the best management company in town by a long shot. Andee (owner) has done a really great job of building a business with ample staff to manage their clients' properties effectively. She has staff members dedicated to maintenance, leasing, accounting, etc.. Kristen (manager) is one of the best Realtors I have ever met. Her depth of experience and subject matter expertise has helped me navigate some very difficult situations that I couldn't have done myself. Beyond all of this, I really enjoy the people that work at A Superior Property Management. They are easy to talk to and always make me feel like I am important to them. I can't imagine working with someone else.

After managing my own properties for about 10 years, I hired A Superior Property Management Company a couple years ago on a trial basis and have been very happy with them. They have been consistently proactive and fair in their management of my rental properties, including inspections, maintenance, securing and working with tenants and dealing with the HOA. Another important factor is how they deal with things that don't go as planned. A maintenance contractor made a mistake and refused to take responsibility for it, so my client manager at A Superior, without any prompting from me, said they would cover it. They take a long-term view and treat both me and the tenants fairly and with respect.

First time I've rented from a property company in YEARS, but they've made the entire process very smooth and as painless as possible. I feel like they were just as excited for us to get our rental place as we were! Super happy to be renting from them.

I loved the location of my property. We lived off Vail Ln in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo. It was a corner lot and the neighborhood was VERY quiet. There was a few things that we did not like. We were responsible for the up keep of the backyard. If it was grass out there, that would have been fine. However, there was nothing but dry weeds that grew. We eventually stopped allowing our dog to go out back because there were bugs out there (I know that sounds bad). I also didn't like how problems were solved. I would contact Superior Property Management through the online portal and explain what the issue was. One time we had someone come out because the air was not getting cold. The maintenance man told us there was nothing he could do and we needed to replace the filter (not sure how to do that). A second time the ice maker in the fridge provided by the property management stopped working. We went a few months with just buying ice from the store, but it eventually got old. Put in a request and a repair technician came out. He informed us that he "hoped it was fixed, but wasn't confident." Spoiler alert, it wasn't fixed.
The move out process was ridiculous. The check list that they provided forced us to change the air filter and fridge filter plus we then had to provide proof. We were also REQUIRED to get the carpet cleaned and provide a receipt. This was crazy and I've never had to do this before.
One amazing part of this property management was Mieke Bridge. Mieke helped us through the process of requesting to break the lease. She helped me through every step of the way. She was kind and understanding of our situation. I appreciated the kindness she showed my family.
Overall, Superior Property Management is a great property management. There are few kinks that I didn't like, but it would not deter me from renting with them again.

I hired this company four years ago to manage my rentals while I planned and moved across the country. The owner and her main staff were super nice and accommodating during the sign up process but as soon as the contract was signed both ladies turned into advocates for my tenants against me. They, along with their office staff, were difficult to talk with. They coerced me into repairs that their contracted handy people did. It was such a terrible experience that I hired a realtor and sold the properties before I even moved. I would not recommend this company.

Superior Property Management has been wonderful to work with. They are not only responsive to me as an owner they are also responsive to my tenants. I appreciate how proactive they are with property inspections and how quickly they respond to tenant requests for maintenance. I believe their business model has decreased tenant turnover.
