I lived in Willow ridge for 4 years.. poorly ran by bad management took advantage of tenants like a slum lord.. so the property was sold we got new management... But tell me why I was any where from 1,150 to 1,200 when rent was $850 they add lil stuff like they took care of the units.. to my point with my new management company the rent is only $835 ?🤔🧐 On top of that my late fee back back fees. They try to bully me to pay them when they lost the property.. illegal probably worst ppl in business and I will be reporting them to BBB with proof of what I have said. Not sure what happened i am still a tenant, pay my rent on time and even try and pay ahead of time. There have been several issues with this company after they took over. I call and everytime I call I get a passive aggressive answer from 2 female clerks or property managers not sure what they are. Very disappointed in their services. When I ask about a maintenance issue its always a response "we'll ma'am i don't have control over the third party" or "there are other more important maintenance issues at this time".... for a company that is taking my money on time and no bad records I would assume we'd get a better treatment. this clerk also scoffed at me saying "oh she cloned it to open a new maintenance request " when yes I did because it was not fixed. Not that maintenance is doing anything wrong they do what they have too and I am completely fine waiting but the behavior and attitude that is give to us by the office is offensive and unprofessional. Again I am not a problematic tenant but this is disappointing.

Janine from abuzz property was very helpful and helped us obtain a cute apartment perfect for my husband and I it was a fast and easy process and the approval happened emediatly
Janine went above and beyond with compassion and respect towards us as people and also to the situation we were placed in thanks to squatters and the laws of Colorado!!!
Should be more than 5 stars for some places and this is one of them!!!!!!!

I would recommend not renting from this group. Instead of returning our security deposit, they kept $750 from each tenant and then charged us $200 extra for their own obligations for a new group tenants. This group steals from good people.

Absolutely the worse people I have ever rented through. I never bothered anyone around my complex, always fixed all problems around the place, and there were tons of pests a week after move in. It took them forever to reply to emails or calls about this issue. Lastly, when I moved out, I did all the maintenance. I scrubbed every inch of the place and somehow ended up with my $900 deposit unreturned and actually a bill in the mail. These people do not care about their tentants and barely even their properties. Stay away unless there’s absolutely no other option!

These people are garbage. We moved to where we are because we liked the area. No hot water twice. They threaten us tenants with fines because people cut off their lock on a dumpster. I've had electrical issues for a year and they still won't address it. How could you recommend these people? The worst part, is this is how they "fix" security issues. Hire your own people and submit a bill.
ALSO! There is a leak into our unit from our fireplace that we haven't heard a single about since we reported it A YEAR AGO.
