We just started renting at the 15 18 South Corona Street Colorado Springs Colorado location. This is what looks to like an old motel that has been revamped cosmetically on the outside, however I have speculation on whether the plumbing and electric was ever up to date, in less than two months we've had our plumbing back up three times and the laundry room community area flooded out and ruined our area rugs, that we can't seem to be reimbursed for. The train sounds like it's coming through the wall Around the Clock especially all during the night very hard to get any sleep. Even though the tenants are responsible to split the utilities with a community no coin laundry room, they allow tenants family and friends that don't live here to come in and do laundry here that we end up paying for and have more people to have to wait a turn to use one of the only two washers in there, I had complain to the management that someone had left their laundry in the two machines for two days and was not able to do my laundry on my day off ends up the people leaving their close in the washer didnt even live here their nephew did and was told it was okay! The nephew claims that he had surgery and that's why he let them, however we all know that's not true they've been here back and forth for over a month on a regular basis doing laundry, but yet the management company doesn't really care one way or another as long as rent is paid!...pit bulls and other dogs run around freely and chase you nobody does anything about it you complain to the management and he offers you to move if you don't like it if you're unhappy! Definitely not a place to live if you work from home you'll get no peace and quiet between the people partying in the parking lot with the loud music that you have to complain five times before you can get anybody to stop, the school across the street is flooded with traffic in the morning and in the afternoon you can't even get in your driveway they have to have police to direct traffic, and to each his own but if you don't like the smell of marijuana coming through your windows most of the day at night I wouldn't live here! We were the first ones in here when it was completely vacant, and it took all about 4 weeks to watch people trash it. You even have a new tenant who's doing his on the side jobs of mechanic Auto work in the back and taking up the whole area and of course those of us who have to split the bill have to pay for that too! Even the gentleman Trevor who manages this area doesn't want to respond to texts when you reach out to him for help! I gave this a one-star because those were my options one through five what if I could have given it as zero I would have! I recommend doing your homework before you move somewhere come a lot of people are deceitful just to get you in the door!!
