Hopefully Chris is on his way out meaning kicking rocks. He’s a racist and his team of puppets are as old as Stone Age. I’m surprised that Illinois has allowed for this company to still have their license with the illegal practices and money laundering scheme. Please for anyone who reads this file a complaint with the Illinois Condo Association to have this place shut down.

Chris is absolutely incompetent. I have been dealing with the main drain in the building backing up into the ground floor unit. Water is filling up the HVAC ducts and he can’t understand why. He beyond his mental capacity in that job and needs to go. Overall staff is grumpy and unhelpful. Never calls back when they say. Next steps are legal remedies.

Chis is a horrible Bully. They don't respect the voting members of Ronne Tree #6. Alliance property management , Chis being the manager treats his employer's the voting members with the worst disrespect when we call in with problems. Chis has a problem following the Bylaws his statement they are old. NEVER!!! even think about using this Management Company so many of our best Condominium owners are moving because of this management company. I only gave them one star because I had to pick one. He also makes threatening remarks at meetings. God please help us!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Chris the president is a nightmare to deal with. Claims he's been managing for 30 years, but has no customer service skills, nasty attitude, if you question him he'll just hang up on you. Horribly unprofessional. Hoping to go to enough board meetings to get him/alliance out from managing our building. We're all fed up with him.

If I could give this company a negative star I WOULD they hang up on you the Manager Chris does not know how to speak to people I think he's prejudice also!! He's rude always angry!! And the association doesn't even do anything!! Drive way has not been paved since who know when!! Then they lie about the amounts you owe trying to get you to pay extra!!! Doesn't have a personal side to him at all!! I am moving out my house because OF me having to deal with CHRIS!! The other ladies are just his puppets so they don't say much!! But when you willing to walk away from your home not to deal with alliance proprty mgmt then it's really bad!!! They need to get rid of Chris!! His disrespect, communication skills. Are insane!!!!!!!!!

Current residential PM. 70 years old and he was shouting at me to tears. I had a legitimate complaint that has gone unanswered for 2 months. (complaint against our landscaper) He should take our side, not who they hire to service our community. Never, never have I dealt with such an aweful person. DO NOT HIRE them. Chris does not follow HOA bi laws and Manipulates them to his benefit.

Worst management company I have ever dealt with. I have owned at least 10 properties with property managers and this is by far the worst. The Chicago condo I own has a very small budget, that's the ONLY excuse I have as to why they would hire this group of misfits, lead by king misfit chris! Can I use the words uneducated idiot?
