The people who have left negative reviews are crazy. I have rented properties in Michigan, Pennsylvania, and now Florida. These people are fantastic. The answer the phone 24/7, responding to maintenance requests the same day or next. They have always treated me with kindness and understanding.
You really appreciate a company like Allstar when you have the ability to compare them to property management companies who either don't know what they are doing or make you wait ages for maintenance.

O STARS. One of the worst property management service ever!!! Be ready to defend yourself in every situation. We rented a condo from them and at first glance the placed seemed okay and asked them to do a walk-through but they ignored our request. We ended up taking photos and sending them a summary of our walk-through. Within a few weeks we started noticing other issues and we informed them but they tried to blame us that we damaged it, but it was obviously normal wear & tear due the age of the condo. They will make you responsible for everything including the 20 year old dishwasher, 80's fan, and vertical blinds that you can't replace. It was constantly one issue after the next. If you plan to rent from them make sure to document in an email (even though they don't like this method) and take photos. One year was enough and we thought it was over, but boy we were wrong. First, they claimed that we didn't send them a forwarding address but once again i had the email to prove that we did. I had to contact them twice by phone on the status of my security deposit and we finally received two security deposit itemization form with different dates. The original one was dated a few weeks of us moving out but the second one was two months after we moved out that they tried to claim we caused damages to the two toilets and will be charging us for it. We went back and forth to the point I contacted a lawyer to know my tenant rights. It wasn't about the money anymore, it was about morals. Again, luckily we had photos to prove our case and those photos were taken within two months of us moving in. WARNING: I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and hope you will take your service elsewhere. Stacy and her sister are difficult people to deal with and their handy work is very shotty. Who puts tape under a window sill that has moisture and damage?!

There really should be an option to give ZERO stars!
For starters, I read the reviews, and for whatever reason still tried to give them a chance. I tried to schedule a showing of one of their rental properties. I was told what time to be there on a Saturday (it wasn't my choice). Well I arrange my whole day around this showing to never get a confirmation and have no one show up!! When I call during business hours the next week I couldn't even believe how RUDE the "lady" who answered the phone was. She was rude and completely unprofessional. Answered the phone like a [personal phone and just kept screaming "can I help you"
Well, obvious not!
Seriously, I wound not waste your time with any of their properties!!

Despite all the negative reviews I decided to rent from them, the deal I got was amazing- spacious 2/2 condo in Oldsmar for a fraction of price of studio anywhere else. I was warned from very beginning that they have strict policies and will be charged for any damage to the apartment, so I took it seriously and played by the rules. Good contact and maintenance always on time.

We have rented from Allstar Asset Management for years. I am shocked at some of the reviews....I suspect they are phony! Every maintenance issues is addressed the same day or within 24 hours. Allstar also worked with me when I was layed off and would be late with rent. I have so much respect for there help and honesty. Truly wonderful people! Talk to them before you believe the false reviews probably created by Google that wants you to pay them to bury!!

I rented a 1 bedroom condo many years ago and have nothing but positive things to say. Any repairs were always addressed quickly. Would definitely rent from them again before renting from an appartment complex. Personal service at much better rates.

They gave me 15 mins to get my application in . i was working And Stacy who works in the palm harbor office refused to take my application the first and then called me back and gave me a 15-minute window to turn in the rental application I can't help but feel like it was done purposely due to the color of my skin I proceeded to tell her I can get there by 1:30 and she told me she wouldn't wait so when I called her back to ask her as to why I only got 15 minutes she said while the other girl K is on her way now it is now 2:03 p.m. even though I told her I can get there by 1:30 she told me she couldn't do that cuz she had more people who wanted the place and she wasn't willing to wait but yet she is willing to wait for the girl who still hasn't arrived there at 2:03 p.m. it made me feel very uncomfortable with a company as a whole to have someone like that representing them I will never rent from an All-Star property management and I will stop anyone else from doing so

BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! biggest SCAMMERS, middle!!! Rents out bunch of condos, signs contracts herself, threatens people, you will NEVER get your deposit back, VERY RUDE !!!! Rents out broken down places and expects everything to be fixed at the end ... And after send you a huge bill that you HAVE to pay her extra money because she found " more " problems ... So not only will you loose your deposit, you will also loose a lot more after that. She is very very very unfriendly and treats other people as if they are dirt. Do not get with her if you re from a different country.. Shes a racist !!!! Yells at people over the phone, never helps out if you have any kind of emergencies. Doesnt return your calls. Theres just so many things ... Its impossible to express how terrible this person is..... " PURE EVIL " DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HER !!!!!!
