Billed for services that I already paid for 10 months ago! Either incredibly unorganized or completely unethical to submit a duplicate bill. As other reviews have stated... would give zero stars if possible.

This is the world worse service provider, they never send out statement and to only turn you in to collections after calling many times over the last few months. I would strongly advise using another servicer and to Huntley Medical you should be ashamed of yourself for using such a poorly managed company.

Unacceptable business practices.

They overcharged me. I, the patient, am owed in excess of $200 and I have been trying to have them return my money for almost 3 months. While they acknowledge I am owed money, they are not paying me. Ignoring messages and making excuses (e.g., ...'I have reached out to upper management'...).

I wish I could give them 0 stars. If I owed them money and I had not paid in 3 months I'm sure I would have been sent to collections.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Kevlan or whatever her name is, is rude and hung up when I was inquiring on my balance. I have no issue paying for it when I can get the correct details. Their billing providers have not updated their contacts with multiple companies.

They sent a bill to collections that I was never mailed. Someone in their office is fudging documentation or something with respect to mailings. I paid another bill I had with them immediately and I don't appreciate being sent right to collections without any reasonable effort to actually get in touch.

Not at all surprised at all the 1 star reviews. FINAL NOTICE! They sent me ONE MAILING, and that was threatening to send me to collections over a bill of 40$. Why don't you try calling me first? I don't recall even seeing a bill from your office. Whatever AMP. Just paid your whopping 40$

Sent me a threating letter saying I owe them money. No details what it was for, when it was from. Just a link to a website with the same total and zero explanation... It should be illegal for these medical companies to send bills with no details what they're for.
I check mail open mail everyday. First time I'm seeing this today and somehow it's a "final notice"? And a threat to be sent to collections... Super shady practice.

Very frustrated by this website. Can't pay my bill online. You have to call into their billing office or mail in a check. Who does that anymore? They have a client portal but you need a username and password which I don't have. I just want to pay my bill! For a company that prides themselves in anesthesia billing, they sure don't know how to make the end user happy.
