I called the two UT Physicians clinics that I regularly visit, and was informed that if there were any bills that I owe, they would show up on my patient portal. I checked my patient portal and there is no balance. I was advised by both clinics to not respond to the messages sent by the ARC Management Group. It was already suspicious because I always pay my bills before I leave the clinic after a visit.

If I dare to receive one more call from these people, I will be filing a formal complaint with the SC State Attorneys Office! I have repeatedly told them not to call me, yet they call from different numbers and leave nasty messages. I will be contacting my local law enforcement for harassment also. Numbers will be blocked also. LEAVE ME ALONE AS I DON’T OWE ANYONE ANY MONEY, PAST OR PRESENT!

I had a rather difficult experience recently with the customer service agents. One of them raised his voice while I was trying to explain that the account wasn't mine, which was quite upsetting. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was directed to someone with a similar demeanor. It was disheartening to feel unheard during such a challenging situation.

These people are crooks. I paid my bill in full $1,165.50 and have proof with my bank the dates posted when they withdrew this amount. They are still sending me a bill for this amount. I have tried contacting them. They will not call me back! I am searching how and who to report them to... There would be no stars and below but it will not let me post without a star.

This company are a bunch of incompetent cowboys! It's July 2024 and they are still sending me texts regarding a UT Health bill I paid in March 2024 and emailed them the receipt for over 45 days ago. I called them admittedly pretty irritated and the guy who answered was a complete jerk. I tried to talk and give him the number to call to verify that the invoice has been paid and he first just argued with me that it wasn't showing as paid on their system and then he literally hung up on me. I called back and the next lady answered the phone and immediately hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional and completely incompetent. UT Health and UT Physicians should associate themselves with more reputable companies. If I receive anymore correspondence from this company I'm reporting them to the Office of the Consumer Credit Commissioner.

Do not talk to this place, I received a text message and thought was a scam, contacted them saying who is this. Thankfully they gave me their company info to make this review. But as I pointed out that they have two violations I do not wish to speak to them, they said they would start necessary action towards me even though I've never been to an urgent care and don't have health insurance. Not scam but very bad business practices!!!! STAY AWAY! Two violations!!!! Just politely asked who is this and why they are texting me.

* Edited to add: I left a review at my local hospital letting them know how poorly arc management group treats people. I let them know that from my experience, Wakefield and associates is a much more considerate collections agency and asked them to consider switching collections agencies.. I suggested that treating patients with dignity is always important even when it comes to financial challenges. Arc Management group clearly has no intention to improve per all the negative feedback. So I encourage you to share you bad experiences with the clinics and hospitals using them. Hopefully they will lose their contracts if they continue treating people horribly.*

I did my due dillegence and set up auto may to complete my payment over 3 drafts. Tarell continued to call and harass me over the phone lying monthly that the autodrafts were not legit. My last payment went through Feb 4th, today is Feb 19th so the next payment would be scheduled through in March.

This company is extremely rude. Tarell harassed me on the phone asking me why I can't pay... and I defensively said I have zero problem paying and set up autopay.

This terrible man is a liar and a bully. I am glad I am done with this company and will be following up to ensure my account is closed.. but from my experience today if you call and question anything they just hang up on you.

I sincerely hope that bullying people who are struggling makes you feel better about yourself. Just think.. a call center collections agent probably making 10 dollars an hour harassing others to make his own ego feel better.

they report an old medical bill to my credir berea, i have never once receivevd a call from them. i google them to find a phone nuymber to pay it. i can never reach anyone. says to leave a message,. and no one ever calls back. whats worse is they duplcisted the charge thee times on my creidr bueau so it looks like three seperate deliquincies for the same amount. its the worst
