Wanted to make a special show of appreciation for Tamara Chafey, an employee of Ardsley. I had struggled in the past with responsiveness, timely feedback and in making contact for support. In meeting Tamara this year I found excellent communication and follow-through. Sometimes it's nice to be heard, responded to and treated like a valued customer. It isn't always the case in many companies today, but was with Tamara. Thank you very much for all of your hard work and professionalism.

I’m disappointed that I had to give this organization at least 1 star to write this review. They are the HOA for the Silo Meadows Community in Noblesville and they are horrible! Their response to inquiries is non existent. I called several times to reach Cher Johnson and Kevin Schwarz. It was my third time calling that I was told they are both too busy to talk to me or to return my call. This is day 4 and I’m still waiting. While my experience with MI Homes was favorable I would warn anyone who is thinking about buying a home in this community to think twice because of their affiliation with Ardsley. When you are paying someone for a service, you should expect at a minimum that someone at the organization will at least take the time to speak with you.

Ardsley needs to change the name of the company from management to mismanagement, the contactors they hire lie to them which is theft, because they are paid to show up if the claim they showed up and did the job but did not it's theft and this happened on 01/06/2025. Ardsley also does not care about kids saftey as they will not clear community sidewalks which just so happens to be where several bus stops are. Before anybody says this is not true I have the emails from Ardsley mismanagement stating they do not care about kids.

I never feel "Welcomed", when speaking with Ardsley Management Corp, when submitting issues. Management at the Property where I reside, seemed "Bothered" and "Uncaring", when reaching out by email. Professionalism, Common Courtesy, Respect of "Our" Property, and the "Well Being" of the Residents, should be a Priority. I have considered moving, because of the "High Cost" of monthly HOA fees, and the "Lack of" Professionalism & Service, "I" have received.

We have had a great experience working with Yolanda Cardenas for years! She is wonderful and cares for her customers and HOA customers. Together we alwasy make sure the customers are taken care. Great company and great people! I would have them manage my HOA if I could!

I would leave 0 stars if I could.

If you want an HOA that says the approval process will be finished in less than a week, but then takes over 3 weeks for them to even respond to an email or call.

Maybe you guys should drive through Willow lakes sometimes. We pay HOA for a reason. Step it up a little bit before it becomes a total nightmare.. It is not far from it. Vehicles parked in grass and on streets for months. Those garage Doors have been a mess since 2020, Overgrown grass and much more. It is so bad that This neighborhood looks like it needs Management ever since you guys took over. Shame
