Last week my AC was dying so I knew I better call Arvana Maintenance. In less than 24 hours a Professional AC man came out to confirm that my unit had quit. Milli quickly notified the crew to pick up a new unit to install.
Mike and his crew showed up the next day and did an excellent job of installing my new AC unit. With an impending brutal summer on the way I was so pleased that everything had been taken care.
I have been a tenant with Arvana for over 25 years an have always been treated great. Thank you Milli, Mike & Arvana for being such a great team looking after their tenants. Gig

Unfortunately, I must agree with other tenants. Their office staff is a unprofessional. Always give excuses and promises, but fail to deliver and take care of inquiries.They do not return text or calls
When Chuck showed the property, Chuck was very friendly. Once I signed the lease Chuck went missing on me. He never replies to any phone calls, voice mails and text messages. According to their secretary, left a note on my shop door requesting to leave without 30 day notice & threaten to charge 2x rent with no option for extention. This is a place where I produce income to take care of my family & Arvana property management has 0 regard for the outcomes of there tenants. Very disappointed in there cookie cutter corporate style of handling business & people.

Edit to Arvana's response of "You failed to mention that the "lady" assisting you offered multiple ways of getting in contact with the property manager. You may visit our website to view our vacancies along with additional details you were looking for like square footage. Our team member also sent an email to the property manager on your behalf. You were also provided with the opportunity to leave a voicemail for the property manager. Our team member also informed you that the unit you are interested in is not currently available for rent."

I told you that i had called the previous Friday(6 days ago) and left a voicemail about the property to which you stated please leave another voicemail, as if the first one did not list all the details to respond to me...that makes no sense.

The property was not listed on your website hence the reason i called. I guess the bad reviews speak for themselves about your company

I rented commercial space from Arvana for a total of 7 years. My husband & I ALWAYS took great care of the property, not to mention completely remodeled it as well.
When we left on good standing after a 30 day notice, my husband asked if we should take down or turn our electronic sign over. Arvana specifically said "Don't touch it" we will handle it.

It has been brought to my attention that another hair salon has moved into my old space and they never took my sign down.
I closed my business with 5 star reviews over 8 months ago.
It's unfair and totally dishonest to leave that sign up.
We called Chuck the manager, and was repeatedly ignored.
Yes, btw.. terrible customer service or follow up with this company. Especially with Chuck Flynt. Think long and hard about renting from this company, because, who does this?!

This is FALSE advertising and fraudulent behavior from a professional business.

Beware, when we call Arvana to follow up and see what they have done about this issue they hang up on us. Sign is still there. I left in December 2021.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would I rented a place and I let people park outside my business to pick their kids up from school and the person I was renting it from mistaked a really good costumer for a student and yelled at him [he was 8] and his mom for over 30 minutes if I were you I would never use this business and when I asked for his name he said "Chuck" and I said Chuck you don't have a last name and he said "no"

When renting, they will tell you that it is ok to add the walls and remodel the way you need it, after investing over $20000 in remodeling and creating a beautiful place. After the contract ending, the agency does not call or send a letter to notify about the deposit. Had to call multiple times to ask what is happening to the deposit. Every time called, they did not know anything about it and always transferring your calls. After mentioning DBPR (the agency where these Agencies are being reported to) to them, they instantly knew what happened to the deposit and became nasty an told me that there is more damage to the building than what my deposit was. JUST A JOKE FROM THE AGENCY!

The property manager Amanda is rude and says she owns Arvana and theyre is no manager to speak to in regards to her disgusting behavior. Rent may have been late but unfortunately covid 19 has put us at a financial disadvantage. Absolutely disgusting management!
