If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Beware. Highly unprofessional. I have raised a complaint regarding a leak detection and supposed work done at the time and now. I still have not recieved a phone call or response or acknowledgement regarding my complaint and concers. The calls are taken by what I would describe as teenagers.
The leak was never properly detected and not fixed. My issues regarding damp walls continued.
At the time the workman spent over 1 day looking for a leak which I knew where it was but failed to diagnose the major issue at hand. He would also go off for hours to scewfix which is down the road. He did what I would describe as a temporary fix. An extortionate amount of money was charged.
I think a huge amount before writing any negative reviews and it is usually an absolute last resort. The service both in terms of work and customer service is so poor please so not consider this company for any of your work. I now have a third party report and contemplating further action .

Attempt to massively over charge
I was quoted a figure of £85 plus VAT for an Fire safety risk assessment for common areas of three flats. The assessor tried to charge me £528 for what was a 45 minute visual inspection. He claimed this was a standard fixed fee. Whatever you do do not give this company your debit or credit card details. If you want to do business with this company, and I would not, ask for written quotes. If they give you an hourly rare please be aware they inflate their billing hours significantly. Not honest. They seem like scammers

Called up for an emergency electrician to come round, was told there would be someone by midday. Called at 3.30 to ask where they were and told that their job had over run and would I like someone to come next week... that's not why I booked an emergency call out...

Aspect spent months in Sheffield sorting out the issues caused by water getting into the local gas main causing hundreds of properties to be without Gas. Whilst the work they did seemed to be fine, their customer service is THE WORST.

They installed a new boiler for me as water had been forced into mine. The boiler was installed without issue (other than front door now often doesn't open/close as they took the carpet up.....but didn't replace it properly so it now bunches up under the door) they have repeatedly failed to provide the Vaillant Warranty despite numerous calls/emails all of which were either not followed up or, in case of emails/messages totally ignored.

I tried to register the warranty myself but the serial number they provided was invalid (not enough numbers) so I now have a brand new boiler (great) but with no warranty.

This was after numerous ASPECT employees told me not to register the warranty as they (Aspect) would register it for me and the warranty pack would be mailed to me direct. The boiler was installed in January. Nearly 6 months later, zero warranty despite 4 emails and numerous phone calls to their customer service (sic) number.

Shocking company, do not use. Called out two plumbers for different issues. The first diagnosed the problem in 15 mins then spent 1.5 hours messing with their app to try to charge me. Ended up charging me for 2 hours, £192, thanks. The second plumber was much worse, he said we needed a new boiler and lied and lied about the issue. We ended up getting a British gas person round who said the boiler was perfectly fine and fixed a small issue in 20 mins. Do not trust these people.

A parcel that was delivered while I was away had gone missing. The courier recorded the porter as the receiver however he denied receiving it. The security camera in the building was not working during the entire 3 weeks that I was away. Chris, who dealt with me over email, quickly dismissed their responsibility without investigating in detail what happened. Worst service ever.

Rubbish. Avoid at all costs. Modification. To counter their claims I don’t live in one of their buildings even though I have been dealing directly with one of their directors. The building I live in is actually on their profile pictures. But they claim I am not living in one of their blocks to discredit my claims. Please show my post to your directors. The person in question will identify who I am an which building I live in.
