Staff by name of Hajah or Ajah who answered my call enquiry, her attitude and tone is very rude and impatient. How come Auston would hire staff with such behaviour to be of call centre (customer service role)?

I went for an advance test yesterday as of 12 Mar 21. I met the trainer who is a good listening ear to understand and help you to solve your problems if you have doubt during the training.
I hereby would like to thank his efforts for sharing his skills knowledge to me although I was not his student. I will do more on practise after seeking his advise.
Never doubt to be his student when you attend his lessons.

Counter staff Hajjah was friendly and helpful with queries and requests attended to promptly. Tea break snacks were enough and quite a variety and nice. Overall good experience.

For basic excel and advanced excel Course notes were written clearly n easy to follow. Trainer Mr Maymond was extremely understanding and patient in helping his students grasp difficult concepts. Kudos to him. 👍👏🏆

Attended a 2 day course on Digital marketing, Cecil is a very patience and professional trainer. She will not hesitate to find out the answer when we ask during the lesson and reply even we had ended our course few days ago. Highly recommend.

Learnt a lot of sales techniques from the marketing course i went for with Auston. Trainer was very professional and willing to share concepts based on relevant experiences. Also can use skills future credits to cover for the cost of training.Highly recommend Auston for their trainings 😊

This Institute is worst Institute in Singapore. This is not trustworthy Institute for foreign students because they are fraud and scammer. I have timely completed the all procedure for refund as per their guidance but they are Thief and not given my money back. So, students don't trust this Institute.
