Axe saved our block.
For many years we communally self-managed a block of 12 properties. Over time people became busier, and we didn't have time to self-manage any more.
Axe now manage our block, and it made a huge difference. We get better contractors than ever before, they get the job done right, and usually at a better price than we could find ourselves. Axe take care of many of the tough tasks like ensuring all owners cover their bills.
Axe are quick to respond to urgent requests and are have a wealth of knowledge on how to manage a block effectively. I recommend them to anyone looking for a block manager.

Our experience with Axe Block Management has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. We have experienced frustratingly unresponsive communication. Numerous phone calls and emails regarding various issues, including a concerning increase in mold, have gone unanswered. I cannot in good conscience recommend Axe Block Management to anyone. The appalling level of service, or rather the lack thereof, is enough to deter anyone from seeking their assistance. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment – steer clear of Axe Block Management if you can.

Update since Axe's comment:
Clearly a generic copy and paste response from them. Their poor communciation isnt a one off, its every time someone in our development contacts them. There hasn't been 1 instance of a timely useful response from Axe. Do not waste your time with this company, its only a matter of time before our development uses someone else.

There seems to be a huge uptick in 5 star reviews since a stream of poor reviews. (they only had 1 5 star review prior). Seems like they also have to lie to increase their ratings. Maybe if they did their job, they wouldn't have to have so many fake reviews.
