My refrigerator went out one day and the very next day they had me a brand new refrigerator in my apartment. My dishwasher stopped working that same day. They also brought me a new dishwasher. It really doesn’t get any better than that. I appreciate you so much Cottonwood Creek Apts an much much thanks to Abraham thank you Roberto you guys are the best.. And I mostly appreciate your speediness and your concern for my well-being. God bless you.

I just moved in Desert meadows apt 8/18/23 and I was attacked by the residents in apt 114 and 176 I went to talk to the maintenance in front of the office to tell him I was being attacked .and mine you I never been thru this situation in my life .So he tells me to call the cops I did so . Then I get served with a 3 day notice to get out when I was the one who was being attacked in front of my kids . And they did not care about what I was saying it seems like that was a inside job. Very unprofessional service from both Tropicana Village apartments and b and r property management. All you ever do is talk to a voicemail. I’m getting really annoyed. Next step is I will withhold my rent. I called southwest gas to come turn my heat on since it will be in the 30’s this weekend. They came out and turned it on which I’m now being billed for but said the heater is broken and the apartment complex will need to fix it. Guess what that’s a joke and so it the Matience it takes weeks to fix things. My wife is 7 1/2 months pregnant and I guess will have to suffer until they get the issue fixed. I would rate a zero star if I could.

Maintenance priority's are a joke. No runing hot water on more than one occasion for over a week. They obviously don't care about the tenant's health issues and on property management plays favorite's with the Spanish tenants. I gave them one star only because I have to to post but these joker's deserve negative ten stars

They are the owners of Newport Village Apartments in North Las Vegas. I havent even moved in yet and it's been nothing but problems. We were supposed to move in on July 8th. I check out of my hotel the morning of the 8th and head over to move into my new home. My Uhaul box containing our stuff is due there between 11 and 12 in the afternoon. I get there to sign all the papers and I am told I can't move in till the 9th but dont worry be happy cause they're putting in new carpets. So now I have to go back to the hotel and pay another $100 for an extra night. So their new carpet has already cost me $200 of MY money.

Later in that day I get a phone call and now I cant move in till after 3PM on the 9th. Anybody familiar with hotels knows that checkout is 10-11. So now I have to pay another $100 for another night or find something for my dog and I to do from 11-3 PM. And lets face it, when 3PM rolls around there's just going to be some other reason I cant move in yet. Not to mention now my appointment with the cable company is shot.

I literally have not stepped foot inside my apartment and I am already 100% positive I am not renewing my lease. Thankfully their standard first lease is only 6 months and not a year. If this is how they handle move-ins...I cant imagine anything else there being any better, So now we get to look forward to probably the worst 6 months of our lives.

Stay away from this apartment complex. Matter of fact, I'm going to avoid every property involved with B&R Properties. Tell everyone I know and meet to avoid every property they own. Then go on every rental website and social media and tell them to stay away from every property they own.

Staying at Bay Bridge Apartments off South Maryland and the entire complex is riddled with roaches, Crickets, carpet worms, and black widows. Leasing office isn't helpful at all. Upon signing the lease initially, I referred a friend of mine. Her place has recently been broken in to with a robbery attempt. Complex security showed up late which happened to be an elderly lady, and management refused to communicate with her. DO NOT MOVE TO BAY BRIDGE APARTMENTS.
