Bartlett Construction Management took over a bath remodel job after our first contractor quit Our house was older and posed unique construction problems. Our goal was to create a vintage looking bathroom space with modern functionality. Brad and his crew (Mike, George, Big Steve, Little Steve, and Jerry) were extemely knowledable, professional and proactive during the process. They identified problems and offered options, and never let the job box them into a less than satisfactory solution. They consistently were thinking of ways to make the job turn out better, rather than just following the plan or the code minimums.

We ended up with exactly what we wanted, which was a new bathroom that looked like it had always been part of the house. We are actually thankful the first contractor quit!

Brad, and his crew, have completely renovated 8 apartment units in a building that I own. It has been a great experience in working with them. Brad, and his entire crew, are very professional and care about doing great work. Brad is very responsive and has done a great job working with a city that is known for being very difficult to deal with. I feel that Brad charges a fair price.
