I recently got the opportunity to meet keila from beacon and also had the pleasure of speaking with Samantha on the phone. Both ladies were helpful and kind. Keila took action to make sure a check lost in the mail was re-sent to our office. Then to ensure all had been taken care of a follow up phone call from Samantha. When the management of my community was shifted to Beacon, the website portal they had was not accessible. So it took a long time to get access to the portal. Despite of this issue, they charged me $100 in late fees and no one replied to my several emails requesting to remove the outrageous late fees.
PS. The issue is now resolved. They finally fixed the issue and the representative who contacted me was courteous enough to recognize the issue and apologize.
