My entire experience with Better Health Management and NP Janelle Solomon has been exceptional. What sets this office apart is the attentiveness and compassion of NP Janelle Solomon and the entire staff. I had a difficult time getting one of my medications, the office staff went above and beyond to ensure I received my medications. They called around to pharmacies and updated me with text, emails and phone calls. Their commitment to my care and well being definitely sets them apart from the rest! I absolutely love the services and the whole atmosphere at Better Health Management. The OZONE SANA treatment provides multiple benefits. The sauna received by body aches while the added OZONE helped removed impurities from the skin. Even area where I have struggled with eczema for year, is starting to respond to the treatments. JANELLE SOLOMON is a professional jewel that knows her business. I would definitely recommend Better Health Management to anyone. I will definitely be back for the rest of the year. I was having issues with some symptoms of long COVID and was referred to Better Health Management by a friend. The facility is conveniently located in lower Manhattan. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was given a number of holistic therapy that has provided me with great improvement. My memory and strength drastically improved. I was very happy to have received a much needed vitamin infusion from Better Health Management!! Martine, the nurse manager, was very kind in administering a combination of vitamins for me. She answered all of my questions, and also informed me of the other services that they provide.

The staff are friendly and professional, they took their time to explain everything and made sure I understood what they were doing each step of the way. I had 2 hair removal treatments and the difference already is very noticeable the hair is growing back very very slowly and I hardly have to shave. Highly recommend this business!
